"Okay so... she's been spying on the hunters for you guys and she shot me because no one had told her about me joining you guys" Elena says after getting an explanation "That's the gist of it" Heather says "I'm sorry about that by the way, is your dragon alright?" "Yes she's fine" Elena says "So... you're Elena, Astrid and Fishlegs told me a lot about you" "They did?" Elena asks surprised "Yes, they wouldn't say much other than the fact you have a Night Fury and that you stayed on Berk for a while and that you're an excellent cook" Heather explains. "You must be tired from the flight" Hiccup says and the group sees Heather's confused look when she sees Hiccup standing between Elena and Snotlout and not next to Astrid, so she asks the blonde about it in her hut "Me and Hiccup, what gave you that idea?" Astrid asks making her friend rub her arm "I just thought you two were perfect for each other" Heather admits earning a laugh "Trust me Heather, there's someone much more perfect for him than me, but I won't say who, come on, let's get some sleep".

Elena is looking outside while sitting on her bed, she wasn't sure what to make of Heather yet, so she's brooding that over "You're still awake" Hiccup says startling her "Yes, I'm not sure what to make of Heather yet" she says when he sits next to her "We trust her, but I understand you can't simply take my word for it" "Actions speak louder than words Hiccup, you know that as well as I do, I'll just wait it out a few days" "If something's bothering you, tell me" he says putting an arm around her "This is nice" she mumbles "It is" he says. The next morning Hiccup wakes up thanks to Midnight and he sighs "I'm up" he says and he sees Elena combing her hair "It's Fishleg's turn to make breakfast, why are we up so early?" he asks "A Terrible Terror woke me up, a storm is headed this way" she says jumping down when she's finished "Drake send the mail and I have no reason to doubt him and the sky is gloomy "Great" he says. In the clubhouse Astrid is helping Fishlegs "Those are our blankets and pillows" Astrid says "A storm is coming, we'll have to stay either here or in the stables, Elena can stay in her hut, but the rest can't" Hiccup says "We could all fit in the storage room" Elena says "You know, assuming no one is going to make use of the situation, but I would prefer if we didn't do that" she mumbles, her eyes landing on Heather "You don't trust me, I get that" Heather says "But if you're the only one with a hut that can withstand the storm" "All the more reason not to have everyone sleep there" Fishlegs says "Someone has to keep an eye on the dragons" "Good point" Hiccup says "Any volunteers?" "We'll do it!" Ruffnut and Tuffnut say "Heather can stay with us to get to know the dragons better" Ruffnut says "Why would she want that?" Astrid asks, but Heather gets it "It's fine Astrid, I get it, I'll make sure the twins stay out of trouble" "How long until the storm gets here?" Hiccup asks "Not sure" Elena mumbles "But it started raining, Midnight, can you stay with the other dragons?" she asks, but her dragon looks away "Okay then..." Astrid says "Hey Elena, why do you have trouble trusting strangers, well strangers for you" "Let's just say that three years ago my life changed drastically and I found that some people who I thought were my friends weren't. I'm obviously not talking about Drake, but others from the village" Elena explains looking down "Hey, whatever it is that's bothering you, we'll help you through it" Hiccup says putting a hand on her shoulder "I- thanks, but we should get ready". Deciding that letting the dragons stay in the stable is too dangerous, so Heather, Ruff and Tuff end up in the storage room anyway "Are you sure we'll all fit in here?" Heather asks seeing Astrid and Elena move stuff to the side "Yeah, it'll fit. Unless of course you're dragging your-" "I'm not an idiot, it also wouldn't be fair for the others, sorry, I'm in a bad mood" Elena says, so she looks at the floor "There's room against Toothless" Hiccup says looking at her "I'll be fine in this corner over here" she says.

Since Elena has a kitchen food isn't a problem "What about the Night Terrors?" Snotlout asks "I brought then to the cave" Fishlegs answers "Still no known information on the Crystal dragons?" Heather asks looking at Fishleg's cards and Elena tenses up "No, we can't find them anywhere" Fishlegs says, it's a lie, but they made a promise to protect the dragons and even the twins honored that promise "I noticed you guys have been using the dragon eye thing a lot" Elena says "Isn't it more fun to find those places yourselves? Also, what if the hunters got it?" "Or what if we let them think we destroyed it?" Astrid asks "That's assuming you can make an exact replics" Heather says "Like this?" Elena asks "Okay it's not entirely the same, but who can tell?" "When did you make that?" Ruffnut asks "Well I got bored at home a few months back and went snooping through dad's papers, his journal mentioned a device that needed lenses, since I got bored again after snooping I build this, you can use it, but the maps aren't are accurate or as detailed" "They'll think it broken" Tuffnut says earning a nod "That's brilliant" Fishlegs says.

A day after the storm passes they all go on with their normal routine, except Heather, who's waiting for the right time and no one besides Hiccup and Elena know where the real one is "Sorry Hiccup, we dropped it off a cliff" Tuffnut says "And now it's not working properly" Fishlegs says "I know someone who can fix it" Heather says "You'll have it back before you know it" "Alright then" Hiccup says, they had planned this, without Heather in the room. They would give her a headstart before flying after her to see her give it to Ryker or Viggo, preferably the last one "Alright here we go" Astrid says after a few minutes and Elena sighs "Remember, we all have to hit it with our fire blasts for this to work" she say and adds after s moment "It can withstand a lot".
