I was put on strict bed rest for a week because of the concert. But it was so worth it. & I was just not to get up a lot, I was aloud to be awake for most of the day just not up and around. I lived with Lylth & my parents, my parents had taken Lylth in when we were just 13, due too Lylth being bounced around between foster homes, so mum just adopted her. Mainly because I confided in mum and told her that I was scared Lylth (my only friend at the time) was going to be shipped off to another town or state, So mum adopted her & since then my parents, have been her parents. So bed rest wasn't too bad because normally me & Lylth would just hang out watching TV series. "Okay" Lylth said to me one day while sitting in my bedroom watching some episode of Lie To Me. "I was told not to give you any news that would make you any mood but relaxed but I seriously can not keep it in anymore" She sighed. I paused the episode and turned on my side to face Lylth "So when you had your whole 'episode' with Chris, I was talking with Balz & wel..." She hesitated and I sighed impatiently. "He gave me his number" she mumbled. Now it's my turn to scream like a pubescent 14 year old girl, which I did & my mum came rushing in. "WHATS WRONG !?" She looked around the room. "Oh nothing mum, sorry to startle you" I said smiling. She mumbled something as she walked out of the room. "But the best part about it" she said. "Yeah ?" I said."Chris asks about you" she smiled. I groaned and shoved my head into my pillow. He saw me at my worst & probably thought I was some freak that was ugly and ugghh ! Lylth handed me her phone and walked out. For a second I was confused until I looked down at the screen and realised. "Hello Lyl ?" I heard. I cringed straight away. I covered the speaking part and cleared my throat. Uh, no it's Blaze could you maybe put Chris on for me ?" I asked quietly. He seemed surprised but answered with a yes. "Hello ?" I heard. "Uhm hey Chris it's Blaze..." "Oh fuck, Blaze, How are you !?" "Uhm I'm alright, I guess I just ate something bad..." I mumbled. "Yea..." Chris said, sounding unconvinced. "Thank you for that night Chris, it meant a lot thank you" I actually smiled. A real smile. "No problem seriously, I...kinda enjoyed it." Before I could reply he rushed in. "The hanging out with you part not the you being sick and all that... Oh god that came out wrong." He sighed, "Sorry." he mumbled I laughed, "it's alright I understood what you meant Chris." "We're going to be back home in a few weeks, we should all hang out." Chris said. "That'd be fun and I'm sure Lyl would just looooove to see Balz." I giggled, which I NEVER did. He laughed "I'm sure they would." "BLAZE DINNER IS COMING UP IN 5" I heard mum yell. "Well, that's my cue to leave" I said nicely. "Awwww, okay well, Goodnight gorgeous" I could feel myself blush, fuuuuck. "Goodnight Chris" I said & heard the dial tone.

Sigh. I felt Lylth plop down into my bed & take back her phone. "So ?" She asked. "He said we should all hang out sometime" I smiled & mum walked through my door with 2 plates of dinner, handing one to Lylth & one to me. "Thanks mum" I smiled. "Okay I'll organise it will Balz then" Lylth smiled before turning her attention to her dinner.
