"Where is she? We will miss our flight at this point. I should have--"

"Edward! I'm here! Sorry, it was so traffic." Maymay apologizes.

"It's fine. Come, we will miss our flight already." Edward mutters as he takes Maymay's luggage from her as well.

"Thanks Edward." she smiles as she catches up to him.

"Anytime babe." he winks at her.

"Don't babe babe me, no one is here." she smiles playfully at him.

"Someone woke up on the right side of the bed this morning" Edward mutters.

Maymay takes her luggage from Edward, and before he could object, she intertwines her fingers with Edward's.

Upon noticing, Edward is suddenly so awake. "I like this. What gives?" he asks as he raises her hand and plants his lips on it.

"Nothing Edward. I'm just excited to be away, that's all. And besides, let this vacation be pure bliss for you and I, all of us. I've been sad for so long, and just want to be happy." she smiles at him.

"And who am I to say no to that?" Edward smiles as they check-in.

As they get in the plane, Maymay positions herself comfortably beside Edward. She rests her head on Edward's shoulder, and slowly closes her eyes.

"Edward?" she calls.

"Yes?" he answers.

"I'll just sleep, okay? I barely slept last night cause I was too excited for this trip." she smiles.

"It's okay my princess. Sleep" he mutters as he kisses her hair.

"And Edward?" she whispers sleepily.

"Yes love?" he whispers.

"Thank you for flying with me. You didn't have to wait for me, but you did. So, thank you." she says before finally dozing of to dream land.

"Anytime love. I'll wait for you forever if I have to." he whispers back, but Maymay is already sleeping because she no longer responded. Edward continues to smile to himself as he watches Maymay sleep on his shoulder. He also begin to wonder what happened because it was very difficult for the squad to ask her to come to this trip.

"C'mon May, it has been a while since we were all together like this! Please!" Yong pleads as he shows her his puppy dog eyes.

"Please May." Marco adds, equally as cute and charming as Yong.

"Please guys, as if you can make her come. Edward and her just got back together, for sure they want to make-up for all the lost times" Vivoree winks.

"Come on May, you and Edward can make up for that in Palawan!" Fenech adds, causing the whole table to giggle.

"So not. I just want to rest--" Maymay starts.

"Then rest in Palawan! What do you think Edward?" Aizan asks.

"Uhm, whatever Maymay wants! I will support her" Edward smiles, as he faces Maymay. He is silently hoping that Maymay will say yes because he just wants to take a break before he faces his busy work life. Also, more alone time with Maymay.
