Sorry for the wait guys! But my life has been such a rollercoaster lately. Both good and bad things. I wish I could share everything with you, but then I'd have to write another book but about myself haha.

Previously in chapter 35:
I felt her hand stroking mine before she intertwined our fingers under the covers.

I can't wait to learn how to sleep properly, because this right here is the best feeling in the world. Even if she's completely broken and doesn't know how to love herself, even if she's been crying most of the night and it's been frustrating that I haven't been able to do anything about it.

Right now, when we're lying in bed together, everything feels okay. I might be broken too, and I barely even know what love is, it still feels okay.

"You're gonna be okay. I'm gonna be okay. We're gonna be okay." I mumbled.

She squeezed my hand a little. "I know."

I smiled and closed my eyes. And eventually, I fell asleep.

Olivia's point of view

I was almost done packing when Niall came by the apartment one night. Zara let him in and he just appeared in my bedroom.

"I bought you something."

He walked over to the bed and handed me a black book. The word "MEMORIES" were written in white on the cover.

"It's a photo album. I noticed you don't have a proper book to put your photos in." He said.

"I thought you were gonna get me to throw them away. The photos."

He frowned.

"Why would I do that? They're memories."

He opened the first page, and I saw another text, in his handwriting.

"The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do."

"Thank you." I said, smiling.

"So–move over–how does it feel to only have two nights left in this place?"

I scooted over so he could sit down next to me on the bed.

"It feels weird that I haven't even lived here for a year, and now I'm moving out."

"You haven't?" He asked. "When did you move in?"

"November last year."

"Hopefully we'll stay in our apartment longer than that."

"I hope so too." I said, and got out of bed.

I walked over to my desk that was almost cleared off from all the stuff that used to lie on it. I grabbed the pile of photos and walked back to him.

"Wanna help me put the memories in place?"

"Only if I'm in at least five of the photos." He said.

"You are." I laughed. "And this is only the beginning. I'll fill this album until it's full."
