Day 7

"Wake up wake up we have a city to explore" I open my eyes to see Tessa jumping on the bed.

I smile at her and take my phone off charge to see that it's 10am. I check my texts to see I have one from Chance.

Chance- Since I can't take Tessa on the date and ask her to be my girlfriend I think I'm gonna ask her when we go up the Empire State Building. Do you think it's a good idea??

I smile knowing that Tessa would love it. She loves all that cheesy romantic stuff.

Me- Yeah she's gonna love it! Hope you're still getting the roses

Chance- Yeah of course. Me and Tony r at the gym btw

I put my phone down and turn my attention to Tessa who was looking at the room service menu.

"I think I'm gonna get a fruit bowl" she decides.

"I'll get bagels" I say after scanning the menu "And Orange Juice"

"Okay I'll order" she picks up the phone.

After she orders the food she sits back down on the bed.

"So what's the plan for today?" She asks. "I wanna be a total tourist I've never been here before"

"Well we're definitely going up the Empire State Building, I know Chanthony want to. And we should go on the ferry thing to the Statue of Liberty then We'll be going to Times Square tonight. I don't know what else. What do you wanna do?"

"Hmm all of that and shopping if we have time. I wanna go to Grand central station as well"

"Oh my god Tessa I feel like we're in Gossip Girl"

"Yesss Gossip Girl is my shit. I'll be Blair and you can be Serena"

"And Chance is Chuck" I laugh knowing that whats gonna happen on the Empire State Building later is similar to what was going to happen with Chuck and Blair.

"And Tony is Dan. Actually no I don't like Dan, Tony can be Nate. Him and Serena should have ended up together"

Just then we hear a knock on the door. I get up and exit our room before going to the door. After opening the door a worker wheels in a table with silver platters on it. He puts it in our room and leaves after we thank him.

"Yo this is so nice" Tessa says taking the lid off one of them.

"We can take some dope pictures with the view" I say pointing to the window.

"Yess" Tessa grabs her phone. "Right pose girl. Do your thing" she laughs.

After our mini photo shoot we laze around on the bed eating our breakfast and talking.

"New York is the prettiest city ever" Tessa says gazing out of the window.

"I know we're so lucky"

"Wait I just realised something. It's too quiet. Where's Chanthony?"

"Uhhh I don't know" I didn't want to tell her that Chance had been texting me because knowing me, I would end up giving away the whole surprise.
