Mackenzie and Anthony have been best friends for 6 months but after Mackenzie is diagnosed with cancer and told that she only has 200 days left, things between them change.
A taxi takes us to our hotel and we check in just before 8am.
"Let's just sleep and go out at lunchtime" Anthony says as we get into the elevator.
"Yeah set an alarm for 12" Chance says.
"Okay" Anthony nods as we reach the rooms we are staying at.
"See you guys in a bit" I say pressing the room key to the scanner to open the door.
Once inside the room, Anthony and I put our luggage on the corner of the room and I get straight into the bed while he goes to the bathroom. He comes back out a few minutes later and shuts the curtains then puts both of our phones on charge and gets into the bed as well.
"Did you set an alarm?"
"Yeah" he smiles and wraps his arm round me then kisses me on the forehead.
I close my eyes and fall asleep straight away only to be woken up by the alarm in what felt like only a few minutes later.
I stretch then go into the bathroom and wash my face not bothering to put makeup on again. After that I get changed into black ripped jeans with a black cropped jumper and put my hair into a messy bun.
I grab a bag and put everything I will need for the day into it then take my phone of charge and put on my shoes and a pair of sunglasses.
"Ready?" I ask Anthony who is sitting on the bed on his phone.
"Yeah" he smiles and stands up. We leave the room remembering the room key then knock on Chessas door.
"Yo come in Tessa's still getting ready" Chance opens the door and lets us inside.
"Guys we should go to Nando's. Nick talks about it all the time" Anthony says.
"Yeah it's supposed to be really good" I agree.
Finally Tessa is ready and we leave the hotel and go to Covent Garden and straight to Nando's since we are all starving.
Once we order a crazy amount of food we start planning out what we want to do here for the next 3 days before we go to Paris.
"I just want to go shopping to be honest" Tessa laughs. "And see Buckingham palace"
"Me too. I don't wanna do to much I just wanna chill and explore" I say.
Our food soon arrives and we all hungrily eat.
"Damn this is good! Nick wasn't lying" Chance says in between mouthfuls of chicken.
After we finish we walk around for a while taking pictures then go on the London eye.
I stand at the railing beside the glass looking at the view in awe when Anthony comes up to me.
"Hey babe" he wraps his arms round me from behind.
"Hey Tone" I lean my head back on his chest. "This view is amazing, isn't it?"
"Yeah we're so lucky that we're able to travel all over the world"
"Well I may as well just spend all my money while I can"
"Kenz"
"What? It's true. I'm gonna be dead in a few months anyway" I turn round to face him properly.
"I know" his voice cracks and I bury my head into his chest again, wrapping him in a hug.
"I'm sorry I shouldn't have said that. Now I've just ruined this whole day"
"It's okay you don't need to apologise. And you haven't ruined anything" Anthony rubs my back. We stay like that for a couple more seconds until we realise that it's time to get off.
"What do you guys wanna do now?" Tessa asks.
"I wanna sleep" I say.
"How about we just go back to the hotel and get room service" Chance suggests.
"Yeah it's nearly 7pm anyway" Anthony says checking the time on his phone.
We all agree then order an Uber back to the hotel.
Chance and Tessa come into our room and we order the food then I shower while we are waiting for it. Afterwards, I get dressed into comfy shorts and a Chanthion hoodie then leave the bathroom.
"Ayyy my girls repping the merch" Anthony films me for his Snapchat.
I smile at him calling me his girl then sit down next to him on the bed where everyone is on their phones with the tv on in the background.
"Guys we should go to a club tomorrow night since I can legally drink here" Tessa says.
"Nah I'm not drinking" Tony says.
"Wow you're still keeping that promise" I ask kind of surprised.
"Of course I am" he smiles at me.
"Kenz?" Tessa questions.
"Clubs aren't really my thing"
"Guess it's just then Chancey" Tessa looks up at Chance.
"Always baby" he kisses her.
Just then the room service arrives.
After we eat Chance and Tessa go to their room and I get into bed while Anthony showers. I end up falling asleep before he gets out.
