When I Come Back

1 year pt2

Astrid

Stoick was sitting on his floor with a few of wierd looking objects in front of him. The Chief was just sitting there staring into space.

A: Hey chief..

S: Astrid, would you like to help me?

S: I can tell you a few stories.

A: Stories? About Hiccup?

S: Yeah...

A: Ok!

S: When Hiccup was just a wee lad, he would always sneak off in the middle of the night and go to the back of the Forge. He would collect random objects and then put them together to create....things.

A: *laughs* He always had a creative mind...

S: You miss him don't you?

A: sighs* Yeah, a lot, in fact. ..

S: I do to Astrid, but we must stay strong and keep everything running. The less we focus on Hiccup, the sooner he gets back.

A: You mean we must stay busy so we're not focusing on how long it is until Hiccup gets back?

S: *laughs* I knew you were smart.

Just then Toothless comes barging in. He was jumping around like a hyper puppy.

Right after Fishlegs comes in, out of breathe

F: Dragons.....every....where....

A: What do you mean, "dragons everywhere"?

F: There are dragons all over Berk and there're thousands flying in the sky.

A: Ok. Gather up the other riders and meet me in the academy.

F: You got it!

  I then gave a worried look to Stoick. Something like this hasn't happened since Hiccup left. The exact thing happened the night that Hiccup left.

S: Just take a deep breath, Astrid. I'm here if you need me.

A:  Thank you.

    I ran out to see the entire village freaking out and saying things like, "The dragons have turned on us!" or things like, "Hiccup isn't here so they are going to kill us!" and a whole bunch of crazy yelling.

  Once I stepped foot outside, everyone started to ran towards me and ask me a bunch of questions that I could not answer.

   Luckily, Stoick came out to calm down the village. While I run to the Academy.

I was glad to see that Toothless, as well as the other dragons and riders were there.

F: Astrid! What do we do!?!

A: We need to find out why the dragons are here and if their friend or foe.

E: You got it!

   I watched everyone mount up and then I turned around to see both Toothless and Stormfly staring at me. I know what they're thinking. Whose going to go on this mission.

A: I'm sorry girl, but I need to be on Toothless for this one. He's got experience with these types of things and he's the closest thing we have to Hiccup. If these dragons are here for Hiccup, then if they see Toothless it may help put them at ease. But we do need the numbers, so we'll need you in the air, Stormfly. Ok?

  She squawked in response and we took to the skies.

   As soon as I got in the air with the other riders, a all black, Titan Monstrous Nightmare came straight for us.
