Chapter 32 *Promises*

A week have passed...

"Aaaaahhhhhh!! So tired!!!" I shouted from the top of my lungs.

Nakakapagod! Grabe! Kapagod mag linis ng kwarto ko. Ilang taon ba tong hindi nalinisan? Ang kapal ng alikabok eh. Parang sahara dessert na ata tong kwarto ko. Buti natapos ko na.

*Riiiiiinnngggg*

Inabot ko ang cellphone ko na nakapatong sa side table ng kama ko at sinagot ang tawag.

"Hello?"

['Yuina!!! Come here ppali!']

Oh it's Azura pero bakit ang ingay ata sa background niya? Is there something wrong?

"Bakit? Anong nangyayare?"

['Zinvill! Theyre attacking!']

"What?! Damn! I'll be there in a 15 minutes!"

Yun lang at tinapos ko na ang tawag. Dali dali akong nagsuot ng leather jacket at umalis.

Fudge! Ba't ngayon pa? Ba't ngayon pa sila umatake? Kung saan pagod ako kakalinis ng kwarto ko. Damn!

Pinaharurot ko ang kotse ko patungong headquarters. I don't care kung may masagasaan ako. Ang importante makarating ako sa HQ ng nasa oras.

In no time naabot ko na ang HQ and only one word can describe it, DISASTER.
Nagbabalik-balik ang mga tao sa loob na akala mo'y may hinahabol.

"Yuina! Good thing youre here! We've been waiting for you! Come." One of the officials approach me.

Dinala niya ako sa meeting hall and in my shock everyone is in there. When I said lahat, LAHAT sila nandoon. Even the officials in other countries are there.

"Good thing dumating kana. We need your help Yuina." Panimula ni dad.

"Youre the only one who can do this." Dagdag pa niya.

"Dad please.. Don't---"

"Shut up Kaiche! Wag kang mangealam. This is for us!" Nawindang ako sa sigaw ni dad kay kuya. Is this matter really that serious?

"Uhm? Anong gagawin ko?" Tanong ko at lahat ng atensyon nasa akin na. Wow! Great -_-

"You will be my spy Yuina. Papasukin mo ang kuta ng kalaban."

"What?! That's a dangerous act dad! Pwede kong ikamatay yan!"

"I'll let the sashin's come with you including Jungkook." Napantig ang tenga ko nang marinig ko ang pangalan ni Kookie.

"What?! No! Not Jungkook dad please!"

May naramdaman akong kamay na humawak sa balikat ko at paglingon ko, it's Kookie.

"It's ok noona. I can handle myself."

"No! This mission is suicidal and I won't let you come with us!" Pagmamaktol ko.

"No buts Yuina! That's final. I'll let you start this mission in 3 days. Be ready." Yun lang at lumabas na siya. Wow, just wow!

"This is bullshit!" Sigaw ko nang anim na lang kami ang natira.

"Yuina calm down!" Chiyo

"How am I supposed to calm down?! I can't let Jungkook join this stupid mission!"

"Noona don't worry I ca---"

"Can what?! Protect yourself?! That's bullshit Kook!" Halos masira ko ang mesa sa sobrang lakas ng suntok ko.

So what?! Im pissed. Super pissed. I just can't lost Jungkook. Just not now, or never.

"Noona please! Calm down!" Sigaw niya at naramdaman ko na lang na niyakap na pala niya ako.

"I just don't want to lose you. Youre like a brother to me and I can't afford to lose someone.. again."

"Shh. I promise I wont let myself to be hurt. I'll fight for you noona and for the mafia. Just don't cry." Humiwalay siya sa yakap at pinunasan ang luha sa pisnge ko.

Sa sobrang galit ko hindi ko na pala namalayan na umiiyak na ako. Sometime's you need to sacrifice for someone you love.

They say promises meant to be broken but for us, promises are sealed with love. For us, promises is not just words it's sacred that it's better not to break or everything will get messy.

I hope after this mission everything will be ok. I hope so..
