Bella's POV
7 weeks. It's been 7 weeks since I've started my training. The place has already put my picture up on their wall for trainee of the month. I guess you could say I was better than the coach almost. What can I say? I'm dedicated. Okay that sounded cocky. Sorry. But, it's also been 7 weeks that Daniel has been picking me up and dropping me off. Such a sweet heart. I hope he's put his feelings aside by now. As much as I hate it, I have to friend zone him.

Daniel's POV
Why? Can you tell me why? Why does she need to friend zone me? We are obviously perfect for eachother! My feelings have only grown since the day I saw her at Walmart. Everyone is just perfectly fine with eachother. I don't understand. At least it's the beginning of the weekend, meaning Bella can actually hang out with us. Also, I think Jack has something planned for a special someone up his sleeve, if you know what I mean....

Bella's POV
It's the weekend! I have many many things to do. The list is endless. The list includes helping jack in his "top secret" plan. Hah I hope he knows Julia knows he's going all out. She just doesn't know when or what. All I know is that I must help him ask her out. Ships will sail my friends, ships will sail. Now time for me to leave.
As I'm walking out the door, Camren tackles me to the ground. "Where ya goin butter cup?" She asks. She literally took me to the ground and has the audacity to say that so innocently?
"I have to help jack with his plan remember? You have to be there too. He needs all of us girls, well except for Lexie, she's got to study for finals. I think Zach is going over to her house to keep her company too, but aside from that, hurry up." I say. Camren freaks out. "OH CRAP I FORGOT ABOUT THE PLAN." She quickly puts on a shirt because she was only in a sports bra and leggings. "Okay let's skedaddle."

When Camren and I arrive, we just walk into the house. We were already that close to them. No need to knock. "Juliaaaaaa!!!" I yell. She comes down from the stairs. "Hey baby girllsss." She says. Jonah then comes out of no where "actually only I get to call Camren that." He says. Julia and I awe over them.
"Let's hang." I say. "I'll make us popcorn while you two go in Julia's room to pick a movie k? Be up there soon." I rush them upstairs while I sneak off to find jack pacing back and forth in the back yard.
"Okay, she's upstairs and distracted. What do we do now?" I ask the worried boy. "Okay go upstairs and just keep her there, I'll text you when I'm ready for her to come down." He says. "Okay,and stop worrying jack. You got this." He nods at me. I walk back inside to find Daniel eating a whole bowl of popcorn. "Hey Danny." His eyes light up when he sees me. I think I blushed a little. I had to look away so he didn't see. "Hi Bella. Are you going to keep her distracted?" I nod my head. I get close enough so I could snatch the bowl and run. "Oh and Daniel?" "Yes?" "Thank you." "For wha-" but I was already half way upstairs with the bowl of popcorn in my hands, clutching them like my own child. "Bella!!! You owe me popcorn!" He yells up to me. "It's for a good cause, suck it up!" I yell back down and run into Julia's room.

We were half way into the movie when my phone dinged. "Who was that?" Julia asks. "Oh just some coach from the training area" I say, lying and subtly winking at Camren to signal her that it's time. "Hey we should go downstairs." Camren suggests. "What why? I'm so comfortable." Julia says. "Too bad." I say and Camren drags her off the bed and we drag her down the stairs and push her outside to the backyard and slam the door behind her. Since the door what a sliding glass door, she turns to look at us with a confused and pissed off emotion. 'Don't worry' I mouth to her. 'You will thank us later' Camren mouths. Julia rolls her eyes and stands there impatient. Suddenly we hear 'Invitation' playing through the surround sound outside. Julia looks around confused because she didn't see anyone else there but I could see Daniel hiding behind the side of the house, controlling the music. Jonah was behind a bush, video taping. I look to my side to find Camren has snuck off and into the roof of the house to throw rose petals down at Julia. I then realize that I had a job to do too. I walk outside and lead Julia to a laid out red carpet on the grass that lead to a box. "Open the box" I whisper to her. She walks the carpet to see what was in the box.
I smile as she pulls out a new skate board with the words "future mrs. Avery" carved in the back of it. Suddenly jack comes gliding in on his skate board with a sign in hand. He lays the sign in front of Julia. This was no ordinary sign. It was a fill in the blanks sign...the sign read:

Julia stared at the sign. She took the marker from jack, and wrote the word Hell yess instead of yes. After that she drew an infinity sign. "It's about time Avery." She says, as she goes up to jack and hugs him for a while, after that, she smashes her lips into his. How cute. After seeing that, Daniel takes my hand and hurriedly takes me inside while the others were celebrating the new couple.
"Hey Daniel. Whatcha doin?" I ask him. He looked stressed, "what's wrong?"
"Nothing is wrong. I just need to know why." He said. "Why what?"
"Why are you friendzoning me? I've made it pretty clear that I like you. I know there has to be some sort of feelings for me from you." He stated, looking at me desperately for an answer. "Daniel, you know I need to focus on my training. I need to focus on archery and getting to the Olympics." I tell him. "That can't stop us if we ever got together!" Daniel pleads,"I'm already supportive of you now! Nothing will change if you were mine bella. In fact, things would be better!" He said. "Daniel please don't make me do this." I say. "Do what?" He asks.
"Please don't make me break you heart."

Daniel's POV
"Please don't make me break you heart."
I was confused. Why would she ever break my heart? She's too nice to ever hurt someone. That's why she is so perfect. "What do you mean?" I ask her. "Don't make me decide. If you want to hear me say it I will, but I can't be with you right now Daniel. We have to put our feelings aside. We need to focus on our careers. Failure is not an option." Bella says. "Say what? Bella, you and I could be a power couple! Please give us a chance."
"I'm sorry Daniel, I-I don't like you like that." She says. No. No that's a lie. "No Bella. That a lie."
"I'm sorry Daniel. I dont want to hurt you, I've already hurt you enough in the past 5 minutes, and we aren't even a couple. I'm sorry." Bella says, then she walks out.
My heart hurt. A lot.
"You know she's lying. I know she's lying." I hear a voice from behind me say. It was Camren. I quickly get up to ask her what she meant. "She was?!? How do you know? Why would she lie!?" I desperately ask. I couldn't handle the rejection from the girl that I am most definitely in love with.
"Calm down lover boy. All will be explained." Camren says. "Take a seat, you gonna want to....bella definitley likes you. She does. But she can't afford to fail. She has to make it to the olympics or her family will pretty much disown her. She wants to make them proud. She practically begged them for her to be here. Once they were convinced, she made a vow that 'failure wasn't an option' and that she needed to succeed, not just for herself but to make her very hard to impress parents proud of her." Camren said. "So why does she think I'll get in the way?" I ask. "She thinks that your too much of a distraction. That proves how much she likes you. She's trying to push all her thought of you away to stay focused." I finally understood. Well Bella, unfortunately what you are doing is unhealthy for yourself. I can't live without her, and now I know she needs me. I will make her see it that way weather she wants to or not.
I will not have my heart broken.
