Erikyos's pov

Words won't be able to describe what I felt. I was stocked...unbelievable! I smell it...freedom!

The breeze was amusing. I walked around for long...just wandering.

I smelled alot of different scents.

I remembered I had to get far away from the company and remove the glass from me. Oh, and put my wings back inside to reduce panic.

With my speed I made sure no one would see me while running. I ran as fast as I could causing all the structures around me to murge together making a unique mixture of colours. I was hit by the freezing wind again and again.

I stopped at a safe place. I inhaled, breathed in and out for a while. Then, I began removing the glass step by step. With my index helping my pointer I pulled out another one by my abs. Whenever I remove one, blood comes out flowing until the wound heals. And on each glass I removed I closed my eyes in pain...until I feel better then I open it in relief.

I heard a strange, loud voice...It was different! It combined with it a sparkling beam of light. And soon after the voice I saw water falling from the sky.

"Was that the sound they call thunder??! And this must be the rain after it!"

"WoW?!" I shouted in amazement then got up and walked under the water. I raised my eyebrows and then stretched my hands in  total entertainment.

I exclaimed with great excitment. Life here seems more exciting...I mean being able to bath in the streets is fabolous.

"But where are the people? Where are the humans who are supposed to be living here?!"

Well, that was weird. I thought I'll find more people. It was late...maybe they are asleep.

I paced the place. It was quite. I heard no sound but the rain and the wind. I was huging myself because I felt cold. It was very cold that I shacked and I heard my fangs beat against eachother. I was hungry and thirsty.

I leaned back against an old building. I rested my head and pondered the beauty of this world. The sky seemed grey and red. Tiny dropes of water were falling from the sky. You could only see them clearly when you look at the street lamps or street lighting lamps or whatever they call it. I don't even know it's name!

Few white tiny spakling dots were obvious too.

"Stars!" I screamed laughingly like a newly born child still learning to talk.

I started talking to a star, I wanted a good company.

"Well, you seem lonely...What are you doing up there alone, ha?" I said with my voice shaky.I was freezing.

"Did your parents leave you here? B..Bec..ause you... seem tiny...Young!"  I asked with my voice trembling and vibrating.

"Did you leave your sister and your family?! Did you kill people and escaped here...ha?"

Tears were in my eyes and I began crying never knowing the reason why.

"It's not even your place...What are you doing here?!" I screamed at the star. Then breathed hard. I inhaled and gave it a shameful look.

"Now look at you...All alone...and..and stupid! But you deserve it!" My hair was wet and some entered my eyes in pain until I removed it. I started shouting and running the street in complete madness.

"You are a star!! You are supposed to be unique. You have to be on top of everyone's head. They have to look up...to you!"

I kicked an empty bottle soiled. It was stained with wet mud...Then I slowly looked at the sky again.
