Dylan's pov
I sat at the school's garden waiting for Elya. We agreed on meeting here before school starts. So far, I've been here for fifteen minutes. I then saw Elya coming towards me. I sighed and got up from the bench to greet her. "Hey, what took you so damn long? I've been here for fifteen minutes, already." I complained.
Elya rolled her eyes. "Would you calm down? I woke up late." She excused.
I raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, sure you didn't." I said, as we both took a seat.
"Okay, look. I'm sorry. I didn't get up late. I just made a stop on the way here." She told me.
"And that stop was?" I asked, curiously.
"Well, I saw Taylor, Kacine and Samantha outside in the parking lot, so I thought I stop and talked to them for a minute." She said.
I connected my eyebrows in anger. "What happen to you? What happen to us?" I asked.
"What are you talking about?" She asked, confused.
I rolled my eyes. "You use to put me first before anyone else. We use to be tight, always together. And I reallly miss you, Eli." I said.
Elya sighed. "Look, we've been through this already. I don't ever want us to be more than just friends, okay?" She reminded me again. "Plus it was your fault. If you had stayed faithful, we wouldn't be having this argument." She said.
"I told you, it was an accident, baby! Just please understand that I didn't make the first move." I pleaded.
She laughed, unamused. "Yeah, but that doesn't mean you didn't make the moves that came after it!" She yelled. I started to have tears in my eyes, but held them back from falling. "You better be lucky I'm trying to re-start a friendship. And agreed to your fake idea of us dating thing, or else I would've remaind never talking to you again." She said.
"But I don't want to be fake dating you. I want us to be together again. Please!" I pleaded her.
Elya rolled her eyes. "I'm sorry, I don't take people back after they ruined my first relationship, ever!" She said, coldly. "You were my first girlfriend and you took advantage of that. Me Not knowing how everything works in a real relationship. Not knowing certain things I knew I had to do in a relationship. All kinds of things. You took me for granted! And abused the deep love I had for you. Just seeing you and Trevor having sex, killed my spirit inside. Not only once did you do it, but he said you guys did it three times behind my back!!!" She yelled at me. I then decided to let the tears break free. She never yellled at me as loud as she's doing now. "Look, I just don't think there's a future waitng for us." She said in a lower tone of voice.
I took a deep breath, wiping away my tears that had fallen. "But there has to be. Faith brought you back to me for some reason." I told her.
She shook her 'no'. The bell then ringed for homeroom to start. "I'm sorry, Dylan. Faith only brought me back to you, 'cause I do believe I have a heart to forgive and forget the past. Plus you know I'm perfectly happy with someone. She's basically my whole world. We've been together for four months now, going onto our fifth next week. And when that fifth month comes, it'll be longer than what our relationship lasted. And we've talked about sex a couple of times. So, I do plan on making love to her." She said elaborating her new love interest.
We both sat there in silence. Her lover is the only reason why I told her we should fake date. Elya wasn't to sure about it, even her little girlfriend. Which made me only smile 'cause she gets to see Elya and I together through out the whole day. Which also means I can easily take her back. But I'm sensing it's not going to be as easy as I thought it was going to be. "Okay, fine. I understand." I said, finally ending the conversation.
