Samantha's pov

"Oh, wow. But you and Kacine are best friends. And you guys are keeping it away from Taylor, too?! I just don't understand how you two sneak around like that." Caleb said confused.

I sighed. "Well, we do and Taylor is probably the one who's more oblivious to our relationship." I concluded.

"Yeah, well I hope you two don't get caught then. I wish you guys the best of luck." Caleb finished.

Eddy chuckled. "Like I said, I didn't mind hearing this story again. It's pretty interesting as you guys keep doing the same thing without them noticing." Eddy said smiling.

"Actually, I was quite surprised. And he was, too." I said as I got up from my chair. "Well, I'm going to head on out. Kacine should be back from her date with Taylor." I said as I looked at the time on my phone, 6:34pm. Wow, time really does fly by when you're at the mall, I thought.

"Yeah, Caleb and I should get home anyways. Come on hun." Eddy said also getting up.

He sighed. "Alright, fine. I coming." He said.

"See you guys later." I said as I started to walk away, but then stopped and turned back around. "Oh and Caleb." I called out to him. "Please don't say anything to anyone, please. I'm begging you." I pleaded.

"As long as you don't say anything to anyone about Eddy and I. We'll both keep your secret." He bargained.

"Deal. Okay, bye." I said turning back around and walking out of the mall.

Kacine's pov

I looked at the time on my phone. It was now 10:24pm. As soon as Taylor drove onto my driveway, I could see an annoyed looking Samantha sitting on top of her car. When she came to a complete stop, I was a little scared to get out. See here's the thing, sense I've been on a date all day long, I've pretty much haven't been answering my phone. "Someone doesn't look too happy." Taylor said breaking me out of my thoughts.

I took a deep breath. "Yeah, I didn't respond to any of her calls or text messages. I thought it would've been a little rude to answer my phone, when I'm on a date." I explained.

Taylor let out a small chuckle. "Yeah, but one response would've been okay with me." She said. We both sat there for a moment. She looked at me and smiled. I gave her smile in return. "Um...Kacine? I just wanted to say I had a really great time today. It was wonderful." She said breaking the silence.

My smile grew bigger. "I also had a really great time today." I said shyly. All of a sudden, there was banging on Taylor's car. We both looked up in front of us. Samantha was the one banging on a car, that didn't even belong to her. Taylor laughed. I raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, I should probably get going now." I said while taking off my seatbelt.

Before I could open the door, Taylor grabbed my hand stopping me. I turned her way. "Wait, I wanted to try something first, before you go." She said to me.

I looked at her confused. "Okay?" I gave her a smile.

Taylor leaned over to my side, putting her hand on my cheek. She caressed my cheek with her thumb. She then gave me a kiss on my lips! A couple seconds later, she pulled away. It might've been short, but it was enough to cause the butterflies to start flying again. I looked at her and gave her a shy smile. I could tell at the moment she was blushing. And trust me, I was too. "Well...um. Hope you have a good night sleep. And a good rest of the weekend." She said with her charming smile.

"Okay, I will. Hope you do, too." I said happily. With that said, I got out of her car and she drove off.

I walked past Samantha and into my house. I went upstairs and she followed behind me. As soon as I got to my room, Samantha glared at me. "What?" I asked innocently.

She rolled her eyes. "What do you mean 'what'? You already know what." She said, stating the obvious.

I took a deep breath. "Okay, fine. I'm sorry Samantha. It's just I didn't want to be rude. I just wanted to give her the respect she needs." I explained.

She sighed. "Okay, I guess I can see your point." She said. "Anyways, tell me how your date went." She said while kicking off her shoes and getting on my bed. I did the same as well.

"Well, first off we went to her dad's shooting range and played in this dark room that glowed in the dark. It was kind of like lazer tag, except you're only shooting at glowing targets. After that we went outside in the open and played Skeet Shooting. And for one, I was a little bit scared to use a shotgun. But I soon got the hang of it and relaxed about it when-" I stopped when Samantha cut me off.

"Wait a minute. Since when do shooting ranges have lazer tag in them?" She asked confused.

I laughed at her. "If you didn't notice, I said her 'dad's shooting range'. He designed and had it built for him." I explained.

"Ohhhh, okay. That makes more sense. Carry on." She said, now knowingly. I began finishing off talking about Taylor's dad's shooting range. I then told her about the other events that took place. "Whoa, there was more?" She asked. I smiled and nodded.

Taylor drove me down to a pastry shop, where we was able to try different kinds of pasties. Sense she already had her father pay the owner, it was okay for me to try as many as I wanted. At one point, one of the ladies took us in the back and showed us how to bake a cake hands on. When she left to take out the cake from the oven, Taylor and I ended up throwing powder at each other messing up the whole kitchen floor and our selves. The lady wasn't to excited about it. So just to get out of it, Taylor slipped a twenty dollar bill in her apron. I had no choice but to laugh at her when we left.

After, we went to the movie theater. We watched an animated film we didn't even know the name of. Believe me when I say, Taylor did not stop making comments through out the whole movie. She was also cursing, too. So not that many parents were happy that their children had to listen to her dirty mouth.

Last but not least, we went down to the beach. she had a football in her back seat so we tossed that around a couple times. After a while we sat on the rocks and talked. Then she drove me back home. I told Samantha that she had given me a kiss and her mouth dropped. "No way. She kissed you?!" she asked. I nodded my head vigorously. "Wow, that must've topped off your whole entire day." She stated. Which was true, I did top off my whole day. "Oh, well I got to go. Parentals got me on a weekend curfew for some odd reason." She said while getting up and grabbing her shoes.

I looked at my clock, 11:56pm. "Yeah, I guess I have to go to sleep anyways. It is pretty late." I stated, taking off my clothes and putting on my pajamas.

"Alright, good night." She said leaving my room.

"Good night." With that said, I went downstairs and locked the door behind her and went back upstairs. I closed the door, turned off the lights and scooted into bed. Once again, I went to sleep with another smile on my face.
