Samantha's pov

George: "But I don't know how to."

Me: "Awe, come on. You just have to try."

George: "That's the problem, I have tried. And every time, I tell him he ignores me and I choke on my words when he yells at me and I'm trying to explain myself. So, I just do what he says, just to make him believe that I'm doing what he wants. I can't do it!!"

Me: "Yes, you can Junior. Look if it makes you feel any better. I'll try to tell my parents, too. It hasn't crossed my mind, but a lot of people have asked me the same thing in my family, if I'm going to tell my parents."

George: "That's not going to do anything. Yours are different from mine. Plus you're my dad's student, and he knows how good of a girl you are. So, there's a possibility that your parents won't even care. I'm the opposite of you. I'm this troubled kid, that my dad is ashamed of having the same name of. So, therefore your parents can easily understand. But my dad won't. :'( :-( "

*I sighed*. Me: "Look, babe. I'm going to get you through this. It's going to be alright, okay? I promise."

George: "Okay, I trust your word. I love you."

*I smiled*. Me: "Thank you and I love you, too. Now, I have to go before your dad catches me texting you again, in the middle of his lesson."

George: "Okay bye, babe."

Me: "Bye, hun."

I quickly turned off my phone and put it into my pocket. As Mr. Nixon wrote down another math problem on the board, I did the same onto my notebook.

Kacine's pov

Today, school has surprisingly gone by really fast. I was now in my eighth period history class. I saw Dylan and decided to take a seat next to her. "Hey, Dylan. Mind if I sit?" I asked politely.

"Hey and uh, no I don't. Take a seat, Kace." She insisted.

As the bell rung, I sat down. "Okay, class. Please take out your homework from last Friday. Incase you don't remember it, it's the history packet I gave you. I'll be coming around to see if you did the work." Mrs. Davidson said.

I did as instructed and took out my history packet. "Shit." Dylan cursed under her breath.

"What's wrong? " I asked.

"I totally forgot about that stupid ass packet." She said, as she took it out of her bookbag and putting it on her desk.

"Here, you can copy my answers if you want." I said, pushing my packet towards her.

She raised an eyebrow. "Really?" She asked, in disbelief. I nodded. "Awe, thanks Kace." She said, as she quickly wrote down every answer. When she was finished, the teacher then came over to us. She checked off my homework and Dylan's and left to the next pair of students. "Thanks again, Kacine. If my parents found out that my grade dropped because I didn't do one homework assignment, I would've been on my way to hell." She thanked again.

I snickered. "Your welcome." I replied.

"Class, please take out your history workbooks and read chapters twenty-three through twenty-six." She instructed. "They're very short, so you should be able to finish by the end of class." she added.

Dylan and I both took out our workbooks and started reading. After a minute or two, I noticed how Dylan was was fidgeting with the corner of her paper. I then saw her face turning red. "Hey, you okay?" I whispered, knowing if I talked normal, Mrs. Davidson would here. Being that it's already quiet.
