I scurried out of my seat in the split second after the announcement sounded over the system. I was excited and with the arrival of my latest paycheck, I was also ready. I slung my bag over my shoulder and hurried along the passage, hoping to get to take a dip in the pool later in the day.

I stood in the lobby of the airport, looking around for Mia or anybody else from Bighit. My foot tapped away in impatience when a hand slid over my lower back. I turned around, ready to throw a punch and Jimin burst out laughing.

"Oh," I exhaled dramatically, "it's just you."
"You were about to clock me in the face and destroy my entire career, Tara," he coughed out, his laughter now dying out.

"Yeah, well, don't be creeping up on me like that if you care about your pretty face."

He held out a paper cup to me. I raised my brow.

"What was your need to hurry out like that? I figured you were rushing to buy coffee so you could spill it on me again. So, I just brought some to you to protect myself."

I took the cup from him, taking a tentative sip.

"That was an accident. What makes you think I would intentionally waste coffee?" I cherished the warm liquid sliding down my throat.

"Accident, yeah, sure," he said, crossing his arms.

"Hyung!" Taehyung called and strolled toward us. YOU GUYS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO LOOK THIS GOOD AFTER A 12 HOUR FLIGHT!

"Ah, Tara," he smiled sweetly at me.

"You're not getting any of my coffee," I said, deadpanned.

"Ah! Why! Give me one sip please, I'm too tired to go buy some!" he pouted cutely.

"Aish... stop that," I said, holding out my cup to him, "one sip only. I'm watching you."

Taehyung grinned and took the cup in both hands.

Jimin leaned closer, "so... you think my face is pretty?" he smiled suggestively.

I turned, blinked and shook my head, "you're unbelievable."

The first day passed in a breeze. Mia, Ro, the assistants and I styled the boys in the morning at the hotel and they left for the day to give interviews. 4 of the assistants went with them, so Mia and I had the rest of the day to ourselves. We shopped an unhealthy amount in the day, walking in and out of stores like they were restrooms. Ro, the third stylist joined us in the evening and we strolled around the city- all dressed up, taking pictures of one another the entire time. We stayed out till late, sipping on a bottle of rosé as we ate street food and stumbling into the hotel at 1 AM. As a result of the inebriated dilly-dallying, I passed out as soon as I hit the bed- ignoring the soft knocks at my door from underneath my comforter.

The next day, too, we styled the boys in the morning before they left and we intended to drive down to the beach and spend the day rolling around in the sand. As I was tidying up the racks of clothing, I was snatched and pulled behind one of the same, as I crashed right onto Jimin's body.

"What-"

"Where were you last night?" he whispered.

"umm... we were out about the city, painting it red."

He wanted to smile but I could see him fight it.

"What time did you get back to the hotel?" his hand rested on my waist.

"I don't know, mom. 1-ish maybe." I rolled my eyes.

"And were you in your room after?"

I frowned, "yes, I was tired and fell asleep. Why are you asking me all of this? Did you kill someone some? Are you wanting to use me as your alibi?"
He brushed a finger along my temple and sighed.

"At this rate, the only person I'd kill is either you or me."

"Let's go!" Manager Sejin called.

Jimin let me go, "I'll see you later"

"Wait!" I held his wrist, and reached up to fix his already perfect hair, holding him a second longer than necessary. "Perfect," I breathed.

He leanedin and planted a kiss on my cheek, whispering against my cheek, "perfect,"before releasing me and leaving behind a pile of raging hormones and emotions.
