Red lines covered Lances arms he wrapped them and went to bed not caring if he died or skipped dinner.
Those 4 words repeated in his head until he fell asleep.
"Lance open up its time for dinner."
No answer.
"Come on its Pidge I'm not mad you did nothing wrong."
Still no answer.
"Good night then if you don't want food."
Pidge went off to go eat dinner with the rest of the team. After dinner she slipped some food under his door hoping he would eat it.
It was the middle of the night when Lance woke up from a nightmare. It was Pidge and the rest of the team dying right in front of him. He got up to go train and get his mind off of things.
"Start training level 10!"
Ten bots came out of the ground.

Him being raped, abused, being bullied, him trying to kill him self, multiple mental hospitals, then the garrison and more cutting, panic attacks, and insomnia. It showed his nightmares and his late nights training his early mornings cutting or trying to not fall while getting up.
