When Chanyeol got back to the dorms that afternoon, Baekhyun was on his phone, scrolling through instagram and his other social media feeds. He could only see Guti now through the pictures on Florencia or Nari's feeds whenever they went out together, and they sometimes blocked him from being able to see certain pictures, per Guti's own request. Narda didn't want anything to do with Baekhyun, if even letting him see her pictures online. As his room mate entered the room, Baekhyun took one look at the grin plastered across Chanyeol's lips and he rolled his eyes with annoyance and jealousy. His lips came together to form a tight line. No doubt he had gone out with Guti and she was the cause for his smile. 

The EXO rapper sighed while walking towards his closet, picking out something more comfortable to wear for the night. Baekhyun only ignored him as best he could, trying to keep his eyes fixed on his phone screen. It was also hard to ignore Chanyeol when he was standing there grinning like an idiot. But he wanted so badly to know what went on between him and Guti. At the same time, he didn't want to know at all becaue he knew it would only serve to make him angry.

"Guti introduced me to her parents last night." He bragged pridefully, like he and Baekhyun were old friends again, and not fighting over the love of a girl. Even though they had agreed to get along, mostly through Guti's pleading, they still weren't quite friends again, and Chanyeol knew it. But he wanted his former friend to hear that Guti was happy with him and that she didn't need Baekhyun--really rub his face in it. He continued when Baekyhun stayed quiet for longer than a minute. "We're really getting serious with our relationship. So I took her to meet my parents too. She loved them, and they loved her too. My parents said she would make a perfect wife for me. Wouldn't you agree, Baek?"

At that, something in Baekhyun snapped. He couldn't take it anymore.

Trying so hard to contain himself from saying anything that would hurt Chanyeol's feelings, he grabbed the pillow out from under his head and chucked it at him to get him to stop talking. "Shut up, Chanyeol." He said with annoyance dripping off his words.

The pillow had fallen at Chanyeol's feet after hitting him in the face and he quickly bent over to pick it up. Like children, he was ready to retaliate. He angrily threw it back at his room mate, saying, "You know what, Baek? Fuck you. Why won't you just accept that you lost your chance with Guti? She's with me now and we're happier than ever. I'm going to ask her to marry me."

The EXO vocalist scoffed at the news. He wasn't completely surprised though, since he knew that Chanyeol was way too invested in Guti. He loved her too much, and sometimes Baekhyun thought that it was a bit unhealthy. He was as obsessed with her as she had once been obsessed with Baekhyun. He pointed out to him, hoping to open his eyes and make him sink into reality. "She doesn't love you. Plus, you've only been with her a couple of months. Guti is very conservative, I know her. She'll never agree."

Adding more salt to Baekhyun's open wounds, Chanyeol teased him with information that was false, but he would say anything to get him to back off Guti. "You don't know anything about us. We've already talked about getting married in the future and having kids."

"You're so full of shit." Baekhyun finally stuffed his phone into his pocket and got out of his bed. He glared at Chanyeol as he passed him on his way to the door. "I'm leaving."

"Go." Chanyeol challenged him. "I don't care."

Baekhyun bumped Chanyeol's arm with his shoulder and left the room. Once outside, he didn't know where to go and he stood in the hallway for a few minutes. He thought about going to the empty room on their floor, but there was the bulletin board next to the door that contained way too many memories. Pictures of people he cared about and didn't get to see anymore--Yifan, Lu Han, Tao, Yena, and Guti.
