"There they are." Jake said sternly, looking at Brandon who is leaning at his car. Alicia was beside him. There are two other people beside them whom I think I knew too well.

"Courtney?" I said, whispering to Jake.

We got out and Courtney smiled at me, running and hugging me tightly.

"You're going with us?" I asked her. She nodded and grabbed Oliver from her side.

"Amy, this is Oliver, my date. Oliver, this is Amy, one of my bestfriends." She squealed. I covered my ears because if I wouldn't it would hurt.

"Uhm, guys..are we going or what?" Alicia asked all of a sudden. I totally forgot we should get going since it's eleven-thirty at night.

"Oops, sorry..." Courtney said, rolling her blue eyes.

"Come on." Jake said, his eyes never leaving Brandon's. Brandon stood still. They're having a staring contest.

"Babe! Let's go." Brandon breaks the eye contact first when Alicia tugged on his white polo shirt. Jake held my hand and led me back to his car.

"I'll see you later!" Courtney shouted as she joins Oliver on his red porsche. I didn't know that Oliver's loaded too. What could be his family's business? Why am I being involved with these rich kids. I wonder why.

I climbed onto the seat and we drove away.

"So, I'm suggesting you should call it off with Brandon, before things get worse with yours and his family. Tell them you stopped dating."

"Wow, that isn't easy."

"What isn't easy is you still pretending to date Brandon in the eyes of your parents when in the truth is that he's dating Alicia."

"Yeah, I suppose I'll tell them the truth."

"Yes. That's great."

"I'll tell them that Brandon and I aren't dating, and that you and I are just friends."

"What? Why?" He looked at me. "I thought you told them you were dating me?"

"Oh, yeah. But you said I should tell them the truth and the truth is that we weren't dating. We're friends helping each other." I smirked at him. "Don't you forget you told me at the club, you were willing to just be my friend, nothing more.."

"I did?" He asked.

After five hours, twenty-eight minutes, and forty-one seconds hours of driving, we finally made it to the nearest beach in our town. The beach was quiet, and no one was insight. Thankfully there's a post with a light cause without it would be dark all over only the moonlight and the stars will be seen.

Brandon and Jake already made a bonfire before setting up the tent, while the rest of us took our stuffs from the car to our camping ground. It's just a few meters walk so it's not really tiring at all.

"Amy, here!" Jake shouted, I threw him the bag. He opened it and took out his tent. He was being serious in building it.

"Alicia, no. Stop, I can do it myself." Brandon talks with Alicia, because she wants to help him fix their tent, but Brandon insists he can do it.

"They're horrible together." Courtney whispered to me, and I glanced at Oliver who just finished with their tent.

"Courtney, can you hold this for me please!" Oliver shouted and Courtney winked then hurried back to Oliver.

Once our tents are all done, we made a circle around the bonfire, drinking beers and just talking about schools and stuffs. Courtney and Alicia usually started the conversations, and we all ended up laughing.

Come on, guys let's play spin-the-bottle!" Alicia exclaimed, and I got no plans on joining but it would be rude so I stayed on my indian sitting.

"Great!" Courtney shouted sarcastically, which Alicia didn't notice because she squealed again.

"Okay." Jake finally agreed. He was sitting beside me, on my left. Alicia on Jake's left then Brandon, and Oliver and Courtney.

"So, whoever the bottle points will tell the truth, only the truth, okay?" Alicia instructed. "Then, he or she will take a shot of whiskey after."

"Great, just great." Courtney whisperdd to me, while rolling her eyes.

"I'll spin first." Alicia added. She spinned the bottle and it pointed on Jake.

"So..Jake..who is your first love." She asked.

"God, and my parents." He answered, and we all laugh. I know he was half-teasing, but that was truth. I would answer that too.

"God, I was talking about your true first love, I mean a person you feel love in a romantic way." She asked again. This is awkward, what if he says, his first love was his high school crush? This is going to be embarrassing. FOR ME.

He cleared his throat, as we all watched him carefully. "Okay, it was Amelia. She 's my first love."

"What?" I yelled out of shock. Everybody turned to me.

"Yeah, why are you surprised? You're his girlfriend." Alicia looked so confused.

"Ahh..it's just that I'm not his first girlfriend." I added.

"Yes, you are." Jake said, and I looked at him, amused. Why would he say that? What he's telling me couldn't be true, right? Courtney clapped her hands.

"Yeah, you're his first official girlfriend, didn't you know he doesn't date. Right, Jakey?" Courtney informed which made Jake smile at her.

"Stop calling me that, Court." He warned but he was laughing.

"Cool, now drink up, and spin the bottle." Brandon grumbled.

Courtney and Jake gave me a knowing glance about Brandon's irritable behavior towards Jake.

He started to spin the bottle and it points towards Brandon.

"Great!" Jake yelled. "So, my question is...do you still eat Ben & Jerry's, chocolate chip flavor every night?"

What kind of question was that? He's asking if he's eating ice cream every night? This was the easiest question that gets the longest time to be answered.

"No." He finally answered, coldness laced within his voice. Jake smirked at him before taking my face with both hands and kissing me forcefully. I can't say I didn't like it, because I do. When Jake pulled away, he stood and grabbed my arm.

"We'll see you guys  tomorrow. Goodnight, Brandon." He said, then glancing at Brandon.

"Bye, guys." I muttered, but Jake tugged me gently, so I didn't really know if they heard me. I waved at Courtney and all of them, and I looked at Brandon, staring at me intently.
