Chapter 26

Kelsie pov.

"You're completely healed."My Doctor said as he took the stethoscope away from my chest.He scribbled a few words in a file and walked away.I sighed heavily and looked outside the window.I spent almost 2months in the hospital,I hated the scent of the hospital.It smelt of dead people and medicine,Yack.

"Finally!"The little voice said.I just recently discovered that it was my inner wolf and that I shared a mind with it.I also learnt that an inner wolf needed a name,for the past two days I've been thinking of one but I got nothing.

"Ready to leave?"Marcus knocked on my door with a stupid smile on his face.I folded my arms and looked away.Sometimes I was happy around him and something I was upset.I don't know what's wrong with me these days.

"I apologized a thousand times and I'll keep on apologizing until you here me out."He puts what looks like some clothes on the bed and seats next to me.

"Girl make up your mind,"the pesky voice said.

"Shut up."I say out loud.Marcus looks at me.

"Okay then I'll just leave."He says."Not you,the voice in my mind."I narrowed my eyes at him.He sat back on the chair that was next to my bed.

"I brought you some clothes to change in."He handed them to me.l took them without saying a word to him.After him marking me he deserves the silent treatment.I walked into the small bathroom and changed into an oversized black T-shirt and grey sweatpants.Everything on me looked big,I had no doubt that they belonged to Marcus.I tied my hair into a messy bun before walking out of the room.Marcus was now talking to some blonde guy and didn't notice me.

"Uhrm."

They both looked at me."Wow,I finally get to meet the lady who belongs to Mr CEO over here."The blonde points at Marcus.I rolled my eyes and walked pass the both of them.

"She seems nice."The blonde whispered to Marcus.
"She's upset alright."Marcus replied.

The cold air hit my face as I exited the small clinic.My eyes widened as I saw the beautiful view right in front of me.The land was all green and I could see a few trees in the distance.

I saw a few kids running around just a few meters away from me and also shirtless men working out in a distance.A hand shielded my eyes and the other pulled me back so that my back met a hard chest.I had no doubt it was Marcus.

"It's not good to stare."he said and made me face him,his serious face looked at mine.my inner voice purred.

"Let me go!"I tried to pulled apart but he held me tighter than before.

"No"he smirked.One day I'm gonna smack that smirk off his face.

"Get a room you two."The blonde interfered.I finally pulled apart and smacked the back of Marcus head.

He widened his eyes at me.I'm guessing he's never had this treatment before.

"Kelsie!"I heard a familiar voice.I turned to face a smiley Blonde with red cheeks.
"Wendy!"I hugged her tightly.We stood there for a few moments before pulling apart.

"I'm so happy that you're finally okay,"she said "Did any cute doctors check you out?"she leaned forward to whisper.Marcus narrowed his eyes at me.

"Not under His watch."I point at Marcus and whisper back.She chuckles.

"Wendy Huh?"The blonde interrupts our moment.Wendy frowns at him.
