Charpter 39/The legend

"How did you sleep?"Kelsie asked as she sat next to me in the kitchen.My Mind went back to last night where I slept on the hard floor as his royal Alphaness slept on the queen sized comfortable bed.

"Well I slept wonderful."Tristan said as he walked into the kitchen and stretched.With a wicked smile plastered on his face,he made his way towards the empty seat right next to me."Morning Dearie,did you sleep well?"

"I couldn't sleep with all the snoring."

"Wait,I thought you where in separate rooms?"Kelsie wrinkled her brows.Tristan licked his bottom lip as Kelsie gasped.

"Oh my God!"

"Ew,No no.We did not do anything.Id rather die of cholera."Tristan tilted his head to the side."Aww don't pout."I mock.Mae chuckled and so did Kelsie,Will And Marcus who I didn't realize where there the whole time.His eyes burned with fury,he was mad...good.

"So,where's Marc Kelsie?"He changes the subject.

"He went back to make sure everything is fine at the company,he should be back any day now."she responds.

"I thought he was working on gaining approval of his Pack back."Tris frowns."Clearly he needs a pack and since he's the rightful air,he has to take it back."

"Marcus is an Alpha?"I ask.

"Yep,a rouge."Tristan says.

"Well he's not exactly a rogue,he was blamed for something he didn't do."

"Yeah,like kill his father."Tristan chuckled.The entire table became silent.

"Moving On,I hope he gets back in time for the blue moon."Marc says.I stare at them waiting for anyone to elaborate.

"See,the blue moon is a supernatural moon that appears every 100 years.Its where the law of the Mate comes from.Most mates meet once they turn 18 but on the night of the blue moon,there's early mate bonding."Marc says.I could see the sparkle in his eyes.

"So a bunch of wolves get to fuck their mates early...Who cares?"Tristan puts his arm around my neck.I shove it away as his mum slapped the back of his head.

"I don't think hitting a dark wolf is a good idea honey."Marc says and pulls Will back.

"Relax,i would never hurt you guys.Except Mae,id really enjoy ripping your head off like you did to my batman action figure."Mae put a bit of space between her and Tristan as he plastered an evil expression on his face.

"You can be a dick you know that?"I scoff.

"It's called been Alpha,Dad does it all the time."Marc frowns at Tristan."Speaking of Alpha,Father I'm gonna need you to step down."Will spits the coffee she was drinking.

"Did you hit a blunt?"Asks Mae confusingly.

"Tristan,your out of your mind.Its not your time yet- -"

"But My Mate's here...The law says."

"I know what the law says.But not In your condition and not in the middle of this war.We first need to cure you and-"

"I'm fine paps,"

"Tristan,your-"

"I said I'm fine!"he cuts mark off by hitting the table.Everyone stands up including me.I bet they where a little bit afraid of what he could do too."I'm fine guys."he chuckles nervously.

"Son."Marc tries to put his arm around him but Tristan pushes it away.

"You will step down before the Blue moon or I'll make you."He exits the room living a dark vibe.

"So...I'm guessing that's the bad side of Tristan."Mae says and we all sigh.

"Tristan!"I walk into the room.He just sat there hands together looking outside the window."What was that about down there."I keep my distance.He says nothing.If there's one thing I hate is someone treating me like I'm invisible."I'm talking to you."

"And I,ignoring you."He finally looks at me.God I hate this side of him."I just realized something Wendy,this pack needs to be strong...It does not need a weak alpha like the old man down stairs.It needs me.And if you wanna be Luna,you'll back me up."

"Whoah slow down wolfie,who said I wanna be Luna?"He stands and walks towards me,somehow my feet are glued to the ground.He looks me deep in the eyes and smiles devilishly.

"You have no choice mate."He brushes my cheeks.I had to admit he was kinda hot when he was being mean.I swallow down the chunk formed in my throat and watched as he slowly walked back to the window.

"You're being such an Asshole."

"Oh I'm being and asshole?If anything I'm being nice...Don't forget you're the one who kissed that hunter Andrew."He hits the vase and it crushes on the floor."Just because I'm not out hunting him down doesn't mean I forgive him...I'm just waiting for the right moment to gut him out."

"If you wanna loose a finger or maybe a few."I move close to him.We where eye to eye and I didn't want to show any sign of weakness."You will touch a hair on Andy...Mate."I spit like it was venom.He looked amazed,like he wasn't expecting me to react like this.

The door slowly opened and Mae came into sight."Wendy can we talk?"I slowly move back and exit the room."What was that all about?"

"Don't wanna talk about it."We walk into her room.It wasn't as big as Tristan's but it was cozy enough.It was her style,stars hanging from the ceiling,a bunch of one direction posters on the wall and don't even get me started on her Harry styles picture...Yaiks.

"So,I wanted to talk to you about that Hunter,Andy...What's he like?"okay I don't know where this is coming from.

"He's alright."

"Just alright?Not kind or funny or maybe kinky."

"Woah,slow down horsey.Where's this coming from?"I chuckle.She tucks a strand of hair behind her ear and looks down.

"I just...I just wanted to know if while you where there,you where okay."

"Mae,I was fine,he didn't hurt me or do anything to hurt me,as a matter of fact,I liked it there.Andy is the kindest and most respectable person I've ever met.He's sweet funny and I don't know about the kinky part."We both chuckle."But he is a great kisser."I smile to myself.Mae doesn't show any sign of laughter.She goes back to being sad.

"Did I say something wrong?"I ask and she nods no.

"How would you like to see Andy Again?"Her blue eyes sparkle."I mean,what if I help you escape and you can see him?"

"Mae are you serious?"

"Yeah,I know where the estate is,I spent months studying that territory,in case something happens."She smiles.I knew what she was and seeing Andy meant putting her in danger.So I did the stupidest thing I could ever do,think of myself.
