Bella P.O.V

I slam the door of Alice's apartment and drop the bag of In N Out burgers on her table. She looks up from her magazine - she so happened so be sitting at the table - and frowned a bit.

"Every-"

"Where's everyone?" I ask, dropping on a chair across from her. Ugh, my feet hurt and my back is a bit sore, is that normal?

"Um, Emmett and Rose went back home after we watched the extended version of Fifty Shades Darker on Blue ray," she said, looking back down at her magazine. "Jasper just went out to get some food, but that seems taken care of by you and Edward-"

"Oh, they aren't for you," I say.

"Then for who?" She looked in the bag. "Four burgers?"

"I am hungry and irritated and... Two of those are Edward's." I point out and in that moment, King of Rome walked in with the fries and drinks.

"Hey," Alice said. "I take that maternity shopping was a bummer for Miss Sunshine over here, huh?"

I rolled my eyes. "That or the whore he almost purchased with the two set of diapers we grabbed."

Edward sets our food on the table and says, "I did not-"

"You were flirting with her!"

"He flirts with every woman who has a sets of boobs," Alice points out. "Why does it matter?"

"It doesn't," I say as I take my burger out of the bag.

Edward sits beside me and looks at me with a small smile. "Bella, are you sure it doesn't matter?"

I take a big bite out of my burger. "Nope, it doesn't."

"Alright, then why are you so upset that I was flirting with the cashier?"

"Because she is a whore," I state. "I mean, if she flirts with you, what doesn't tell you she isn't flirting with every man with their pregnant wife, girlfriend or mistress on the side? I'm just saying, they really need to step their game up on who they hire in Babies R Us."

"Or, if you're open to suggestions, you're probably just jealous?" Alice chips in and shrugs before stealing a fry from Edward.

I gasp. "I am not."

"You acted the same with the lady in Karen's Diner the other night you were craving a Oreo shake," Edward said.

"She was obviously trying to get in your pants without any concern that I was there!"

"She was asking us if we wanted dessert."

"Same difference." I get off my chair and walk with my burger, fries and soda back into the living room. I don't care if Alice goes crazy with her no eating in the living room rule. I drop on the couch. "Stupid cashier," I mutter under my breath.

Edward sits beside me and wraps an arm around me. "Hey, sweetie, can I ask you a question?"

I mumble a yes and take a bite out of my burger.

"Does it really bother you that women flirt with me? And that I flirt with them back?" I look down at my burger. Now I feel a little embarrassed. Of course he can flirt and be as much of a player as he likes, we're not together. But I can't help to feel jealous. Like I don't want any other women looking at him. "You can tell me, Bella, I'm not gonna get mad. It's about how you feel and if you don't feel comfortable with me flirting with other women, then I won't."

I look at him shocked. "Would you really?"

He smiles. "I would. Plus, it's out of habit. It doesn't mean anything to me, all I care about is this one right here." He pats my belly. "But I won't do it as long as you're not comfortable with it."
