Iris ~
Iris and Nico laid on Nico's messy bed. Iris's head in Nico's lap. Neither demigods wanting to move.
"Hey Neeks." Iris said, Nico looked down at her. "Yeah?" He replied, his back to the wall. Iris sat up, much to Nico's disappointment. "What's my middle name?" She questioned. Nico thought for a moment. "What's your mother's name?" He asked her.
Iris was confused, but answered him hesitantly. "Esperanza. Esperanza Valdez."
Nico smiled softly. "That's a nice name." He commented. Iris frowned, but nodded. "I miss her." She whispered, Nico heard her. "It's okay. I miss my mom too." He told her, his voice equally as soft.
"But, how does Iris Esperanza Valdez sound?"
Iris shook her head. "I can't." She stated, laying her head on Nico's shoulder. Nico manage to hold back his blush as she snuggled a little closer to him. "How does Iris Crystal Valdez sound?" Iris questioned him.
Nico though for a moment. "it's nice. . . But maybe we could do Iris Paige Valdez?" Nico suggested. Iris bit her lip, thinking for a moment. "Nah." She decided.
"Essence?"
"No."
"Katherine?"
"Nah, sounds a little weird."
"Maybe we could go with Julia?"
"Hmm."
The two looked at each other for a few minutes. "I like it." They told each other in sync.
Jason carefully backed away from Leo's door. "Wait. . . What?" He whispered, confused on what he had just heard. "Are they deciding on girl names?" He asked himself.
"Maybe I should ask Percy. He knows Nico better than I do." He decided quietly, going off to talk to the son of Poseidon.
