"Darling?" A voice calls from behind him. The voice belongs to a beautiful dark haired woman as she runs through the thicket. Her hands part the large leaves that form a wild tree cluster of bright green. She steps into the small clearing to let the sun kiss her skin to warm it. She finds her husband there; a tall figure with dark hair and pale complexion, his ancient black tunic and golden trimmed armor weathered from years of battle. He stands holding his Helmet in hand, gazing upon the sight before him that is a small girl wearing a tethered brown dress, and lifting her hands of water to let the deer drink from her tiny palms. She laughs when the creature's tongue touches her soft skin, the sound warming the heart of her father standing there without her knowing.

His thin face stretches into a loving smile, eyes full of content... but also sadness.

His beloved wife walks to his side as a bird lands on his daughter's shoulder, her small giggle lighting up the area with sunshine.

"She has a heart for all of them... Everything around her she treats with such care as if nature was her very child..." the man says quietly as he continues to watch.

"...Must you leave us now...?" His wife says and looks into his hazel eyes as he turns to face her.

Heaviness takes his soul but he looks back into her eyes as he speaks, "I will return... I promise." But he can feel the pain in her heart, her beautiful big eyes looking at him with such sorrow. Without hesitation he slowly moves his hand up to stroke her delicate cheek, his gaze holding her as gently as a mother cradles her child. No words could express how much he is going to miss her but he has to go. The battle against the army of fearlings has yet to be won.
