I brushed my hair and grabbed my bag. I went downstairs and saw josh on the phone. "Somethings wrong. I know it. No. I can't force her. Yeah I get you. By other than that she's funny, nice and not to mention adorable" I blushed and tiptoed out the room. "Mariah I know your there!" I paused. Fuck.
"I'll call you back? Okay bye" he ended the call. "talking about me?" I smiled and walked in. "pfft no" he joked as I sat on a chair. "Hmm okay" I replied as he placed a bowl in front of me filled with fruity pebbles, sunk in milk.
Josh dropped me to school and joked about me getting lost. He let me choose a song and I chose House Of Memories by Panic! At The Disco. It was literally my favourite. He let me out and I immediately saw Hayley and Megan. They smiled when they saw me. I gave josh a quick wave and ran over. "Hey!" They both said smile. "Hi" I smiled. I turn around and josh was driving out. He waved and i did to. "Is that your Dad?" They asked. I nodded.
"What happened yesterday?" We were in homeroom and they were copying my English work. They exchanged glances and then carried on writing. The bell rang. "Fine. I'm gonna go find Amy" I took my book and bag and walked out of the room.
"Hey!" I turn around and saw Matt. "Oh hi" i smiled. Then I noticed something. "I love your nails!" I exclaim. "What!? No!" He hid them. "M-my sister did it while I was sleeping" He stammered. "Well she did good" I smiled. Though something was up. "Oh yeah uh she loves nail art! Gradients and all. Hehe" he chuckled nervously. "I stick fake ones on. I'm a lazy hoe and nibble" I smiled. "What's going on HERE?" Amy came over.
"Oh hey Amy! I was looking for you. We were talking about-" Matt gave me a look. "About how your so beautiful! Your hair is flawless!" I lied. She was beautiful to be honest. But Matt needed me to lie. "Oh well that's no surprise" she giggled and put her arms around Matt. He looked uncomfortable but let her. "You have bio with me right? We better head there! See you later babe" he kissed her head and she sauntered off to her gang.
"Thanks so much!" He says as we enter bio. "It's okay. I'm here for you" I smiled.
