i wrote this when i...
day 5...that was something else. the lady who had to talk to me was my old therapist. and told josh about all my mental disorders and how my files had gone missing a year back.
i got up and ready into this:

i brushed my hair and ate my breakfast and then me and josh headed out.
we made it to the clinic and ten minutes later it was my go. and i wanted to die as soon as i aw who was going to be talking to me. it was fucking riley. my old therapist. "mariah!? hey sweetie! it's been a year! how are you!?" she smiled, when she saw me. fuck my life i thought. "you guys know each other?" josh asks. "no" i mumbled. "i was mariahs therapist for three years! till last year! her files went missing and then she was moved to a new home and i..." she went on and on. the more she did, the more i wanted to crawl into a hole and die.
"mariah was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder and bipolar disorder when she was eleven" fuck. my. life. i looked down at my hands, not talking. "wait. mariah. you've known for three years about your mental disorders?" josh sounded hurt. i didn't say a word. "your her adoptive father, am i correct?" riley asks. he nodded. "i destroyed the files!" i exclaimed. the two adults looked at me.
"i didn't want anyone knowing. i didn't want to go to therapy anymore - and that was stupid of me to want that. i was scared i-i'd get treated differently and- ugh" i hid my face, as tears rolled down my cheeks. "mariah" josh was so shocked. "can i schedule for mariah to have weekly appointments with me?"
so i have therapy again now. josh and me didn't talk all the way home. and when we got into the house. i went to my room and cried. josh didn't come to talk to me. he was just as hurt as me.
