Chapter 20 😲

Justin's pov:

Raegan and I finish putting on some normal clothes. Well mostly him, so he's not wearing all black. His makeup is really good, but he still kind of looks the same. I don't mind, still cute.  We go out to his car and I get in the passenger seat and he gets in the driver's seat. We already said bye to his friend, they told us to be careful but have fun.

"Its a long drive, just saying." He says.

"Its fine." I smile at him. He nods.

He puts the car in drive and we go on our way. I wonder how this will go. Will people know? Will no one now? Will we get in trouble? Will I see anyone I know?

"Babe?" I ask.

"Yes?"

"If anything happens, just know I'm always here. Okay?" I say. He looks at me quick and then back at road and smiles. He grabs my hand and intertwines our fingers.

"And, if anything happenes, I will always he there with you. No one will hurt you and you will always be safe with me. I promise."

"I love you." I say looking at him.

"I love you too." He says still looking at the road.

We keep our hands together as he drive. I put on the music but keep it low. I sing along quietly to the songs that plays.

•1 1/2 hours later•

"Baby?"

I open my eyes and see Rae right in front of my face.

"We are here." He says.

"Oh ok." I say and kiss him. He stands up and I get out of the car.

I look up and see the mall we are at. The one near where I live. I've been here before. Oh...

We walk in and act normal. I look around and make sure I see no one I know. That wouldn't be good. Rae takes my hand and looks down at me.

"What store first?" He asks.

"Hot topic." I tell him.

"Ok." He says and we start walking towards hot topic.

On the way, everything seems fine right now. No one is staring or even looking at us. Good. We reach Hot topic and walk in the store. We walk around and I spot some nice jeans and black shirts. I pull Raegan's hand toward it. He follows and I reach the jeans. I take two pairs and look at them.

"Just get both." Rae says.

"Are you sure? They are expensive."

"Yes. I have the money." He says like it's a stupid question.

I smile at him and hold the two pairs of pants. Next I walk to the black and blue shirts. I pick out one and look at Raegan. He grabs four more.

"Stop spoiling me." I whine laughing.

"You're my boyfriend and I love you. I can do what I want." He smirks.

"Fine. I love you too." I smile.

We walk to the cashier and he pays for the clothes I picked out. I grab the bag and we walk out.

"Thank you." I tell him.

"No problem babe. Now let's go to Hollister." He says. I nod.

•1 hour later•

About an hour of shopping later, we started to get hungry. We are on our way to the food court right now. Rae and I have our hands intertwined.

"Justin?!" I hear from behind me. That voice, it sounds familiar. Oh shit!

I slowly turn around and see someone running towards me. Damon!?

"Damon!" I yell and run to him as he's running towards me. He opens his arms and I jump in them, wrapping my legs around his waist.

"Oh my god I've missed you." I say getting down.

"I've missed you too! Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" He says hugging me again.

"No, no I'm okay." I tell him. He sighs in relief.

"Where have you been?" He practically yells pulling me to the side. I stay quiet, looking down.

I fell arms around my waist. I look up and see Damon looking in back of me. I back up a little making sure they have a little distance.

"Damon, this Raegan. Raegan, my best friend Damon." I say.

"Hi." Rae says squinting his eyes. Damon ignores Raegan and looks back at me.

"He kidnapped you? Why are you here with him? And why are you so calm?" He asks.

"Damon, I- he's my boyfriend." I say. His eyes widen.

"What!? How? He kidnapped you! Your family is worried sick. I was worried sick! But, you can come home now right?" He asks smiling a little.

I can't help but think about seeing my parents again, seeing how happy they wound be to see me. Damon looked like he was about to cry happy tears when he saw me. I look at Raegan and he looks at me, his eyes filled with tears. I can't leave him, he needs me. I need him.

"Justin? You can't possible consider staying with him right?" He says giving me a discusted look.

Again, I look at Raegan. He looks really upset. I can't leave him, I don't want to.

"Damon I-i can't come home." I tell him. Raegan looks at me and gives me a little smile.

"What do you mean? You don't want to see your family? Your friends? What's wrong with you? Did he threaten you or something?" He asks so many questions.

"No. I love Raegan. He needs me and I need him. I can't come home...right now." I say.

He looks at me like I'm crazy. I turn and hug Raegan. He hugs me back and squeezes me so tight. I pull away and look back at Damon.

"Please, I love you Damon. You will forever be my best friend. I will come back home, but not now, and not soon. Tell mom and dad, and everyone else I love them. I'm okay I promise, Raegan won't hurt me. He loves me." I tell him.

I hug him one more time and smile. He next takes a picture of me so he can show my family. I take his phone and write a little note at the bottom.

I love you all so much. I am in no danger, I have someone I love. I will return home someday I promise. Bye for now :)

"Bye Jay. I'm so glad I got to see you today. Maybe now I can sleep at night knowing that that you are okay. I love you." He tells me. My eyes get watery and I nod.

"I love you too Damon." I say. He waves before walking off. I hate to see him go, but I can't leave.

I turn around and see Raegan running into the bathroom I didn't even know we were near. I follow behind and run into the bathroom behind him.
