Chapter 31 🌍

Justin's pov:

"What?" My mom's looks at me confused.

"Leave him alone." I tell her.

"But- but he-"

"Mom, I know what he did. But I love him."

"That's insane. You're kidding."

"Nope." I take his arms and wrap them around my waist. He leans his head my shoulder.

"Justin I don't care that you think you love him but-"

"I know I love him mom." I cut her off.

"But...you are coming home now. Don't you miss everyone?" She asks.

"Of course I do but I don't want to leave Raegan."

"So that's his name." She says looking at him.

"Yes. And I really love and care about him." I say.

"You don't know what you are saying." She says.

"Yes I do. If you expect me to just come home with you and leave him here, you shouldn't have come." I tell her.

Before she answers, Raegan takes his arms off my waist and grabs my hand, pulling me to face him.

"Justin, go."

"What?"

"Go with your mom back home." He says.

"No. No, I'm not leaving you." I say. I see his tears gloss over with tears.

"Baby, I love you. But you are going."

"N-no." My eyes fill with tears also.

I turn back around and look at my mom. She's looking at with concern in her eyes.

"If I come home, we are bringing Raegan." I say. Her eyes widen.

"What?' Raegan asks.

"Absolutely not. He's a criminal."

"Yes but, he's really not. He's a nice guy mom. Would I ever bring s dangerous person into our town, or house?"

"No, but-"

"Mom. If you want me home, Raegan is coming." I say.

She turns to look at Damon. He shakes his head rapidly telling her no. She goes over to him and talks to him. As she is, another car pulls up. The boys get out.

"Who is...?" John asks as they all seem to agree.

Raegan goes over to them and brings them outside. He kisses my forhead before going in the house. Probably to explain what's going on.

"One sec mom." I say and walk inside. I see Raegan talking to them.

"How did they find you Justin?" Dean asks.

"I don't even know." I say.

"And you want Raegan to go with you back home?"

"Umm yea." I say looking down at my feet. I look back up after a little silence. They are looking at each other.

"It depends what Raegan wants to do. I don't want to seperate you guys. I want to go back home, but I don't want to leave Raegan." I say.

Raegan looks back at them and then comes over to me.

"Go outside for a minute baby." He says. I nod. I kiss his lips before going outside.

I see my mom and Damon waiting by the car.

"Get your stuff Justin." She says.

"Mom." I give her that look. She just nods looking down.

"Justin, if bringing that boy, Raegan, with us means you'll come home. He can come if he wants." She says.

"Really?" I ask. She nods. I go over to her and hug her. She squeezes me really tight. I missed her so much.

I pull away and look back at the house. Raegan comes out with the boys. He smiles coming over to me. He hugs me around my waist.

"Can I come with you?" He asks looking at me.

"Really? You want to come?" I ask. He nods, tearing up a little.

"You're positive?"

"Positive." He says. I smile as I jump in arms. He holds my legs so I don't fall. I can't believe this. He's coming home with me.

•Before they leave•

Rae and I have all of our stuff packed. My mom and Damon are waiting in the car. We already put our stuff in it. I turn to see the boys looking at both of us. I step up first.

"I'm going go miss you all. Stay out of trouble as much as you can. And be careful. Keep in touch, I have all of your numbers."

"We will Justin. You keep in touch also." Dean says. I hug him first and smile. I pull away and go go Eddie now.

"See you later Justin. This isn't a goodbye." He says smiling a little.

"Definitly not." We hug quick and now I go on to John.

"Your touch kid Justin, stay that way. And take care of Raegan." He says.

"Of course." I hug him. He's way taller then me. My arms are at his stomach. I pull away and last but not least, Max.

"Bye Justin. I hope to see you soon." He says.

"Me too." Last hug. I'm going to miss them.

I back away from them and nod, smiling.

"Sometime when Raegan visits, I'll come too." I say. They all agree.

"I'll be in the car babe. Take you're time." I say kissing him. He nods.

I go out to the car and get in the back seat. My mom looks at me.

"Is he coming?"

"Yea, he's just saying bye."

"Ok." She sighs.

"Give him a chance. You too Damon, he's a really sweet boy. And he cares about me so much and keeps me safe. Don't you want someone like that for me?"

"It's different. He kidnapped you in the first place. How did you fall for him?" Damon asks.

"Good question." I laugh. I try to break the tension in the room by laughing a little at our conversation but it doesn't work.

Raegan comes back out of the house and walks up to us. He looks at my mom.

"Hi Mrs. Blake. I'm Raegan." He puts his hand out so they can shake hands. My mom looks at his hand and then up at his face. She looks like she's thinking. After a little of awkward silence, my mom walks away getting in the car. Rae puts his hand down and looks me.

"Don't worry about it. Let's go." I say grabbing his hand. We both get in the back seat. I lean on him and hide my face in his chest. He plays with my hair.

As we drive away, we wave at his friends. I'm going to miss them. I'll see them again though, definitly. I can't believe I'm actually going home, and with Raegan. It all happened so fast. (True bc I'm lazy and fit everything in one chapter) It's crazy how it all ended up like this. I'm glad it did though.
