Sheetal tried to console her and convince that they’ll try to talk with Akash again, she don’t need to leave her family but Anjali denied “No Sheetal ji, it’s not about only Akash. It depends on Payal ji and she hates us she won’t ever agree. I have told him that I will stay with you and Abhi, that we both will work and raise Abhi as best as we can.” She started crying speaking how she lost her another brother also today and Sheetal tried to console her with fake tears, planning her next move in mind. Of course she isn’t going to carry this extra baggage with her if she really have to go away.

Arnav was standing on terrace looking at the stars, After Khushi ran away declaring that she and kids won’t step there in India. Now he is standing here thinking about everything, he was shocked by Khushi’s behavior  but yea it’s also true if Khushi don’t want to go there then there is no way he is going to force her. Even after what transpired years ago, she was the first person standing beside him. She believed him when the people between whom he have lived all his life. So there is no way he will hurt her for them, if necessary he’ll do something from here only.

He was still lost in his thoughts when he felt her hug him from behind and her tears soaking his shirt “I am sorry!” She whispered “I didn’t mean that, I don’t know what came over me and I shouted at you.” Arnav holds her hands on his chest and turned around, wiping her tears he pulled her on his chest, caressing her hairs and back. “Shhhtt I understand Khushi! Please don’t cry. If you don’t want us to go back there we won’t.”

Khushi snuggles into him more “But still I shouldn’t have reacted in that way, stupid me. How can I say my kids they are ours, as much as I love them you also do. You also have all rights to decide about them and I like stupid…..” Arnav interrupts her “It’s ok Khushi! Trust me I didn’t mind, I understand it was just protective instinct of a mother.”

After sometime when Khushi stopped crying and they were sitting in a corner snuggling into each other Khushi started speaking “I feel scared Arnav ji. I don’t want to go there not because I hate them or don’t care about them. Of course I do, they are our family but at the same time I am disappointed with them. When they didn’t support me, believed me I understood but when they turned their back on you, didn’t believe you, when they choose to believe an outsider over you, I felt angry at that time.”

“You know Arnav ji why I never told you about the reports I saw with Sheetal ji even when you asked the reason of my fear again and again that time?” She now looked up from his chest to his eyes “I was scared that I’ll loose you, I may sound very bad but even if it was true I wanted to be selfish that time and didn’t want you to go away from me.” Arnav tucked her hairs behind her ears and kissed her forehead “I promised you, I won’t leave you for anything. More then you I need you to survive Khushi and you know I am more selfish then you.”

Khushi smiled “But Di? I feared her reaction and family’s also with the way they were getting attached to Abhi and see that happened. She wanted you to leave me, Why? Why couldn’t she see that how much I love you? How much we love each other? Sometimes I feel more then any outsider she wants us to separate.”

“But she won’t be able to do that ever, if that’s what she want. You trust me and that should be enough for you to not let those insecurities and fear to take over you.” Arnav answered her kissing on her cheek this time making her smile and nod. “If you don’t want as I said earlier, we won’t go there. Nothing is more important to me then you and kids, now let’s go and sleep.” He said standing up when she asked again “Then what about the problem there?” Arnav looked down at her “I’ll plan something as you said, I’ll try to help from here only.”

He gives her his hand to hold which she did and gets up “Let’s go there.” Arnav looked at her surprised “What?” Khushi smiled at him “I am ready Arnav ji, let’s go!” Arnav smiled a little and cupped her cheeks “I love you for being so innocent and strong together but Khushi you don’t have to do that if you’re not comfortable. I told you I’ll find some other way, forget everything.”

Khushi smiled holding his hands on her cheeks “I know but I want to go there. I think it’s high time to face which we left in between, I want to go there and face them all, I am ready to fight with my fears and give them back what they have sowed. Arnav ji we will help them as we can’t forget that they are our family but at the same time I can’t act like nothing happened. I am still disappointed with them for their stupid blindness and I won’t be acting a perfect daughter-in-law like earlier either. I am sorry if you think I am wron…..” Her words got cut in middle as Arnav sealed her lips with his.

After sometime Arnav pulled away from kiss, keeping his forehead on hers “You make me fall in love with you more and more every time. No! I don’t think you’re wrong but I am excited to see this sankadevi in her revenge mode. It’ll be a treat to watch!” He winked at her and they both hugged each other, laughing.
