Khushi looked around once more to the arrangements and then looked at Lavanya  “Don’t you think something is missing?” Lavanya frowned as she looked around and nodded in denial but Khushi still felt something amiss. She let it go and discuss all plan and arrangements once more and after everything was done. Lavanya left to her room to change and then comes outside to see Khushi biting her lips nervously “Oh ho Khushi darling everything is perfect, now go and rest for sometime. I am leaving now, see you tomorrow.” Khushi nodded as Lavanya started walking away but she turned back and called her “And Khushi?”

“Ji” Khushi asked.

“Good Luck” and with a wink she left laughing at Khushi’s expressions.

Arnav unlocked the door frowning as no one opened it from inside even after several knocks and door bell’s voice. His expressions turned more of worry looking around to find darkness, “Damn it! Khushi is scared of darkness. I hope she’s fine.” He remembered past incidents and Khushi’s fear of darkness before he started calling her name.

With the help of his phone’s flashlight he reached in front of their room and entered inside “Khushi….” Words died in his throat as he looked around the room, the lights were switched off but whole room was illuminated with scented candles and flowers. Before he can think of anything Khushi walked inside from balcony clad in black saree, looking sinfully gorgeous.

“Khushi” he almost whispered in daze.

Khushi(nervously): Surprise!

Arnav snapped out of the dazed state he was in by hearing her voice and looked around once again before looking at her her up and down again and walked towards her “Amazing surprise indeed but you literally scared me when you didn’t answered my call and knocks on the door then the darkness. You know how much I got scared thinking if you’re fine or not.” He said encircling his arms around her waist to pull her closer.

Khushi looked at him guiltily as she replied back “ I am sorry, I thought if I’ll come out the surprise wouldn’t be same. I didn’t want you to take tension.”

Arnav(smiling): “Doesn’t matter but this” he signed looking at decorations and her “Why this sudden surprise?”

Khushi: “Just like that! I thought that we’ll have dinner together and enjoy sometime. I know you’re busy so didn’t want to bother you or ask you to go outside.”

Arnav (kissing her forehead): “You can never bother me! You could have just told me and I would have taken you out for dinner or anywhere you want. But I must say I am liking this arrangement more then that, just you and I.”

Khushi: “Then what are you waiting for? You’re already late.” She pouted “Now go and freshen up and come outside for dinner, I have arranged everything in balcony.”

Arnav nodded and left inside washroom, Khushi looked at the wall clock to see it’s already 10:00pm and walked outside to check everything again.

Khushi could feel his gaze on herself all the time, and the goose bumps she is feeling on her skin is enough for her to understand that look. It is anything but innocent, she steals one more glance at him to find his gaze on her waist where a thin waist chain is playing a peek-a-boo with her saree. She gulped looking at his desire filled gaze, if this is situation of now then what will happen when she will reveal the complete surprise she have planned for the night.
