Arnav looked at others as they walked towards them and smiled "Why didn't you inform that you're coming?" but before they can answer Khushi almost screamed "Why is she so warm? And she looks week also." Arnav frowned as he touched Anya's forehead instantly to check "She's having fever." He looked at others and finally Madhumati started speaking "Yes, she is having fever from last two days. She was crying for you and when Shashi told me that you've told we can bring kids here, we were going to call you but Ansh said he wants to surprise you and Anya also insisted after hearing his idea. So we called Aman who instantly made arrangements for us to come here.

"But why didn't you inform us when she had fever? We could have come there ourselves." Arnav asked from them and Shashi answered "Bitwa (Son), when she talked with you 2 days ago, after that she was insisting on coming to you, we tried to make her understand that we'll go when summer vacation starts but she continued crying and next day she was down with fever. We called doctor and he said she'll be alright with little bit of rest and prescribed medicines. We thought she'll be ok within a day or two but she started crying for you more and it didn't help. We finally decided to come here ourselves as she started eating and dancing with the thought of coming to you and surprise you."

Arnav looked at his son and then at Khushi who was holding a now sleeping Anya in his arms and walked towards them. He takes Anya in his arms and asked Akash to call the best doctor as Khushi and Payal walked behind them with Ansh and Palak.

Though Sashi tried to make Arnav understand that their family doctor back in New York have already check her and prescribed the necessary medicines, he still called another doctor and got Anya thoroughly checked.

Gupta's were now sitting in living room along with others as Hari Prakash served them refreshment after doctor left and was talking with Mama ji and Devyani (Nani). Arnav and Khushi are in their room with Anya and Ansh is also sleeping, tired after a long journey. Akash asked Gupta's to take some rest till lunch gets prepared and helped them to their rooms.

"Arnav Bitwa have two kids. I have two more grandchildren and I didn't even know." Manorma cried as she slumped back on the sofa as soon as Gupta's left to their rooms. "What do you expect after the drams you and Anjali pulled here years ago?" Mama ji speaks sarcastically. "That they'll come running here to share their happiness with us? In the same house in which few people tried to snatch their every happiness?" Manorma looks down in shame and Anjali walks numbly to her room.

Everyone gathered in dining room for a late lunch and Gupta's were enjoying sitting there, talking with Nani ji and Mama ji. Arnav was sitting with Anya on his lap, feeding her soup and everyone in Raizada Mansion was surprised to see this new side of him. Khushi was also helping Ansh in eating who was sitting beside her in chair.

Anjali was standing on a side after serving them and her eyes were trained on Arnav, admiring him with his daughter. Her eyes going to Ansh again and again as she remembered her bother in childhood, he is exact replica of her brother in looks. She gulped painfully, she can't even go near them, forget about holding them or pampering them. Her heart knew she have pushed her brother more far by the stunt she pulled today in morning. She cringed inwardly remembering the disgust in his eyes when he almost raised his hand on her.

Mami was also busy in admiring kids from far. However much she wants, she can't muster up the courage to go near kids and take them in her arms, to tell them she is their grandmother. She knew that though never wanted Arnav to leave this house years ago but by supporting Anjali initially and then staying silent she became as much culprit as Anjali and Sheetal. She looked at Sheetal, boring holes into her from eyes. Just because of her they have lost so much, first her son like nephew and than the birth of their grandchildren and see them growing up. She just wish to get a chance for redemption and she's even ready to crawl on her knees in front of Arnav and Khushi.

Sheetal looked at everything around them in fear and confusion. Suddenly everything looks slipping away from her hands. What can she do now? When she couldn't separate Arnav from Khushi years ago than how can she do it now? When they have children also and their bond got more stronger. She have to soon plan something and fly away with as much money as she can gather and that too as soon as possible.

After lunch was done and everyone was moving away Khushi suddenly stops and looked at Anjali who was now clearing the dirty utensils from table. She looks at Anya who was now in her arms on the verge of sleeping again due to weakness and medicines but before doing anything she have to end something which was interrupted in between.

She comes to stand in front of Anjali and every eyes turned to them. "You were saying something? In fact accusing me for taking care of child." Arnav instantly comes to stand beside Khushi who smiled sarcastically "I love and take care of Palak and Abhi just like my children." Khushi looked at Sheetal and then at her again "I initially thought you to be too innocent, then I thought you're really dumb who is not ready to accept the truth she don't want to accept and loves to live in illusion but today you have crossed very line of stupidity."

"Now neither I feel any hate nor disgust for you but just pity. You have pushed away every relation which actually cared for you, loved you and wanted to protect you because of your delusional world and insecurities. By the time you'll realize where you went wrong, you'll be left with nothing but empty hands." Khushi speaks in composed wife and Arnav looked at her in proud as always. He knew his sister have crossed all the limits today.
