Eventually we started acting.

"Ok that's a wrap everyone!" Yelled Niko, "Please clean up and then you guys may go for."

Everyone scuffled around the theatre.

"Hey Cami, how you holdin up?" I asked her, trying not grin.

Her face looked like she just puked and a little pale too.

"Huh? Oh um, it was great yeah it was great..." she trailed off.

She seemed to be distracted.

"Oh come on Camille, just tell me," I said worried

She looked to me. Her eyes seem to want to say something. If that make any sense, but her mouth said something different.

"No—I—I'm fine," she said struggling.

"Cami, listen, are you sure? You don't look fine. Just tell me what happen. And if you are that afraid, I guess I can be willing to take back my act..."

"No—no, it's—it's not like that. I'm fine actually, everything turned out great. I got to talk to Daven without blushing too much." She said hurriedly.

Something was going on and Cami is not willing to tell me.

If that jerk did anything to my best friend, he'll get a piece of my mind.

If Cami won't be willingly to tell me then maybe that jerk is.

I just have to wait for Cami to leave.

"Hey Cami, I believe you, we can leave now if you want, but I'm going to stay here to help out Nik." I told her

Her face looked relieved.
" You do? Oh, I can help out Nik too."

"Nah, you can take a break." I smiled big.

"Oh ok, then I'll be going then." Cami said leaving the theatre.

Yes! She left.

I looked around the room.

In the corner was Daven taking to a girl.

I walked up straight to him.

"Yeah totally, Lila, I will meet you there—" Daven said to that girl as she left.

"Heyyy, whatcha doin here? Shannon."

"Look, Daven," I said with a disgust," If you do anything to my friend, Camille, I will literally throw you off the boat."

"Woah there! Feisty. By the way, I don't have a clue what you are talking about." He said slowly

"You do, don't you? She came up to me looking so worried and she won't tell me what happen. But you will."

He looked at me thoughtfully.

"Well I might have said something but it wasn't a big deal at all."

"What did you say?!" I whispered-shouted accusingly.

"Well I might had said. I need your A-smart. You've been getting great grades in my homework. Want to come over to my house?" He said cheekily.

He said that like a wind breeze, like everything he said was normal.

Probably for him, but not for Cami!

No wonder, poor child.

"You what?! Oh! You— you, douchebag! How could you? Cami has been so nice to you and yet you treat her like your answer machine!
