I am having yet another character contest! This time instead of choosing three characters I am only going to choose. And if the people who won last time enter again I won't choose them because I think that's kind of unfair. Also, your character can be part of The Cap's 'gang', but they have to be good or at least do parkour, or maybe good with tech, that would probably aid their efforts.
