34 : The Teasings

Siya's Pov

Once we had our dinner, Kanishk suggested we take a walk on the beach, the beach wasn't lightened up, it only had the moon casting light on us.

We took our footwear in our hands as we walked toward the waves, the waves were silent at this time of the night, it was serene and I just loved the sound of the waves hitting the shore and not to mention the cool air flowing along with it.

"This has to be the best date I had been to," I say, deciding to tease him. He looked down at me as we walked, even though I couldn't see his eyes I knew he was glaring at me and I stifled a laugh.

"How many dates have you been to?" He asks and I grin.

"Um...maybe ten, no I think it was fifteen, sixteen including today," I say, with a bright smile on my face as I couldn't stop myself from smiling and he couldn't even see me in the dark so it was okay.

"Seriously?" He says with a hint of anger evident in his voice and I feel a little bad about teasing him. "It's too low then, compared to me," he says shocking me and this time it was my turn to be angry.

"I thought you never had any girlfriends," I say, this time anger evident in my voice.

"Yes, but I never said I had never been on a date, I went to, let's see- um, I think maybe twenty dates," he says, a hint of laughter in his voice and I wondered if he was making fun of me just like I did.

"That's good, all that practice made this date even better," I say and see him look down at me and shake his head.

"Okay that's enough teasing," he says, with a bit of laughter as I smile.

"Who told you I was teasing?" I ask and feel him stop.

"You were teasing or you weren't, I don't bloody care," he says and pulls me towards him as I come and bump into him, my sandals falling down on the sand as I took his hand to steady myself and put it on his chest, "What you only need to know is that now you're mine," he whispers into the night as I try to read his eyes in the dark but I could only feel his body warmth in the cold night.

"Kanishk, I-"

Before I could say anything further, his lips were on mine and it took me by surprise as his one hand came up on my waist and pulled me closer and the other one went to my head and into my hair.

He didn't move his lips until I did, as if he was waiting for me to get comfortable, as soon as I moved my lips he started sucking my lips like a hungry animal as his hand on my waist tried to pull me even closer if it was even possible and my hand went to his shoulders to hold myself because I was already feeling unsteady and I knew if he wasn't holding me right now, iw would've fallen down.

After what felt like hours when in fact it was only minutes spent, we broke apart due to the lack of oxygen as I stare up at him, in a daze. I could clearly see his face up this close and he was looking down at me the way a jeweler looks down at the jewelry, with possession and love. 

"We should go," he says suddenly and I look at him confused.

What was he talking about? Where should we be going?

Looking at my expression, a smile formed on his lips as he chuckled and his hand came up to my cheeks, "We're still at the beach Siya," he whispers as he strokes my lips and my legs turned to jelly.

"Huh?" I say, and look around, still thinking about his lips on mine was enough for me to forget everything and I realized that we kissed on the beach, on a public beach.
