Siya's Pov
The next day we woke up early, the flight was at nine. Kanishk had packed his bags later that night after we had our dinner which he ordered from his favorite hotel, after the exhausting day I had where I had cried, I did not feel like cooking, so ordering the food from outside was no issue for me.
But yesterday, even though the starting was rough, the later result was way much sweeter. Kanishk kissed me for the very first time, even though it was on my forehead, it was no less and it caused me to shiver in pleasure and hold onto him tightly.
Even now on the plane, on our way to Goa, I couldn't help but blush just remembering the forehead kiss and that's what I had been doing since morning, Kanishk's one look towards me, and I would end up blushing. It was electrifying, something I have never experienced before, never with Dev or anyone else.
Sometimes I wonder if I was even in love with Dev because what I felt with Dev was nothing compared to what I feel for Kanishk, all the feelings multipled and all the jitters in my body skyrocketed as soon as Kanishk casts a look at me, I did not even feel one percent of that when I was with Dev.
I looked beside me at Kanishk, he was groggy while waking up in the morning and now he was sleeping beside me without a care in the world with an eye mask on his eyes. A smile involuntarily broke on my face as I looked at him.
I took a chance and put my head on his shoulders and closed my eyes, even though we have been sharing a bed since our marriage, we've never slept this close, there was always the respectable distance between us and now sleeping with my head on his shoulder was giving me happy jitters.
.
.
I woke up when I felt a hand caressing my cheeks softly and I fluttered my eyes open, confused for a moment as I looked around and realized that I was on a plane, with my head still on Kanishk's shoulder. Suddenly aware of that fact, I woke up and looked at him to see him giving me a teasing smile. "Sorry," I muttered.
"Really? You're going to apologize for sleeping on your husband's shoulder?" he asks with his eyebrows raised with the same expression he was sporting yesterday as he kissed my forehead and suddenly I was aware that I was blushing.
"Yeah, it's new for you, I don't want to scare you off," I say with a chuckle and he gave me a playful glare.
"You can never scare me," he says with a wink and stands up, "And if you think this will scare me, think again, I'm planning for our honeymoon," he tells me and I look at him surprised.
"What?" I ask as I stand up too, as I watch the rest of the passengers getting down, Kanishk took my hand in his and pulled me behind him as we walked in a line to get down.
"Yup," he answers as soon as we were out of the plane, "Now think if you are blushing so much only after I've kissed your forehead, I can only imagine what will happen when I kiss your-"
"Kanishk!!!" I shrieked embarrassed, stopping him before he could complete the sentence. He just laughed looking at my flustered face.
"Okay now come on, Ayaan is waiting for us," he says and pulls me with him as we took our bags and exit the airport looking for Kanishk's younger brother Ayaan.
I had only met him a couple of times before marriage as Kanishk was too busy working, and his younger brother would sometime spend time with me, even during our wedding he teased Kanishk so much that it was funny to watch him getting embarrassed about his little brother.
Ayaan, to say it in two words, was funny and wild, and he was something like the little brother I always dreamt of having.
As we exit the airport my eyes went straight to the flashing board with glitter all over it, which read "Welcome Home from the Rehab - Finally free of Drugs and Alcohol (The Kapoors)".
