"Wow naman, taas ng energy natin ngayon ah? Hahaha. Anyways, as you all know, each year, our culinary class go through one of the most intense competition, between..." tinuro-turo kami ni Ma'am "... you guys. Teachers, and even the Dean, come to our class to "judge" your ability to cook. They will evaluate you with how well you have presented the meal, how tasty it is, and I will evaluate you guys on how well you've worked with the partner that you will be assigned to." Ma'am
The great cooking competition, this happens to all Culinary Arts students every year. This is where the administrators judge you. Literally.

"Kami po ba pipili ng magiging partner namin?" Mae
Napangiti si Ma'am.
"No. Thank you for asking me that question. Girls, kayo ang pipili, pipili ng pangalan sa garapon na hawak hawak ko." Ma'am
Tumango-tango naman kami. Sounds like a fair idea.
"What are we waiting for? Girls! Pila na." Ma'am
Nagkatinginan kami ni Mae habang nasa pila. Something's wrong.
"Uhhh Peach? Bakit pati ikaw nakapila?" Mae
"Ay teh, not listening ka? Tsk, tsk. Halleer! Sabi ni Ma'am, pumila na daw mga girls diba? DUH." Peach
"Ahh so babae ka? Ganun?" Mae
"OO! I am a lady." Peach
Mae rolled her eyes. "I'm not even gonna bother." Mae
"Peach, bumalik ka nalang kaya sa upuan mo?" sabi ko
"Kim, my dear, pwede ba. Let me be who I want to be." Peach
"Oo na, oo na." ako
Mahirap na kaaway si Peach. Hay, bahala siya.
"Peter?! Bakit pati ikaw nakapila?" Ma'am
"Ay Ma'am, kayo din? Diba sabi niyo, pumila mga girls?" Peach
"Peter, ang sabi ko, the GIRLS. Hindi yung mga feeling girls. Please go back to your seat." Ma'am
Kahit, nakakatawa yung biglang pambara ni Ma'am, walang tumawa.
Baket? Simple, takot silang lahat kay Peach. But not us. Napatingin ako kay Mae, she was looking at me too.
