Chapter 16

Jacob's POV

2 hours later......

I woke up with a pounding headache. I opened my eyes and groaned.

Ari: What's wrong?

Jacob: My head huuurts

Ari: Do you want something?

Jacob: Yes please 

I sat up and she got up. She came back with water and aspirin. 

Jacob: Thank you

Ari: Yep

Jacob: Can you please get me a blanket before you sit back down

Ari: Yeah

After 10 minutes she came back with one

Ari: Here. I put it in the dryer so it would be warm

Jacob: Your the best

She sat down and I laid my head down in her lap and covered up. My head was still pounding. After 30 minutes the medicine kicked in and my headache stopped.

Jacob: How long was I asleep for?

Ari: Like 2 hours

I checked the time. 4:07 (pm). Ari's phone went off and she checked it. She let out a breath.

Ari: I have to go here in a bit

Jacob: Nooooo

I whined. 

Jacob: Please stay.

Ari: I can ask but I have to be home by 6:30

She did and the latest hr parents would give her was 9:00.

Jacob: Would you be able to stay the night tomorrow?

Ari: Probably

Jacob: Ughhhhh

Ari: What?

Jacob: Probably? I officially hate that word now.

She laughed.

Ari: Okay you've gotta be faking. There is no way in hell you want to see me this bad.

Jacob: What are you talking about? I always wanna see you. 

Ari: I can check when I get home and I'll text you their answer.

Jacob: Fine. 

Ari: How come you want me to stay so bad?

Jacob: Gonna be lonely if you don't. My parents away for work and of course Caroline is at college so i'm alone.

Ari: Well I will be here tomorrow

Jacob: Okay

Ari: I'm kinda bored

Jacob: Same what do you wanna do?

Ari: No clue

I sat up.

Jacob: Do you wanna watch a movie?

Ari: Sounds good. What she we watch?

Jacob: Umm....how about Logan?

Ari: Alright

I put it on and we watched it. Not gonna lie it was better than what I thought i'd be. When it was over Ari had to go home. 

Ari: Well i'll see you tomorrow

Jacob: Okay text me if you can stay the night

Ari: I will

Jacob: Alright see you tomorrow

I hugged her and she left. After like 30 minutes Ari texted me saying she could stay then night. I was pretty exited. I fell asleep at 10:30 (pm).
