Chapter 15

Jacob's POV

I woke up and got ready for school. I walked out and saw Case and Ari as usual. Case was wearing a Van's sweatshirt, jeans, and a pair of vans. Ari was wearing a light pink sweatshirt, black leggings, and black and white vans. They caught up with me and I held Ari's hand. We walked to school. I went to my locker and got my stuff. Case and I went to gym.

Case: Man I can't believe Jessica is coming back tomorrow.

Jacob: Oh Lord, don't remind me. 

Case laughed. 

Case: Oh yeah! Today football tryouts are being held. You gonna come?

I shrugged. 

Case: You should. Your really good and would be perfect for the team

Jacob: I'll try out but i don't know if i'll make it

Case: Trust me you will. Oh and by the way cheer tryouts are right after. Wanna come watch with me?

Jacob: Why?

Case: Well 1 hot girls 2 cool tricks. 

I looked at him with wtf/you weird sort of expression. He rolled his eyes.

Case: You do know Ari cheers right? So...

Jacob: Alright i'm in.

He chuckled and shook his head.

Case: Your obsessed with her aren't you?

The way he said it I knew it was a hypothetical question. 

Jacob: Can't help it

Case: That's okay. I hear her conversations with Loren and Ariel about you. 'OML he soooooo cute!'

I laughed.

Jacob: She actually says that?

Case: Not really. But she does talk about you a lot. 'Uh he's soooo much better than Joey.' 

Case said in a girl voice. I laughed and we walked into gym.

After school...

Case and I walked out to the field and they made us do a bunch of stuff. 

Coach: Okay boys! The list of people and the positions they play will be announced tomorrow.

A few of the guys started leaving and the girls started coming out in cheer uniforms. Ari looked over at me and Case. She walked over.

Ari: What are you doing here?

She narrowed her eyebrows.

Case: Football practice just ended.

Ari: Then why aren't you leaving?

Case: We wanted to watch

Ari rolled her eyes

Loren: Ari! C'mon!

Ari: Well I gotta go.

She walked away. After a good 30 minutes tryouts were over. I walked back with Case and Ari but we went home. 

The Next Day....

I woke up and got ready for school. I walked out and met up with Case and Ari. Case was wearing jeans and a dark blue t-shirt. Ari was wearing a vanilla colored long sleeve sweater, black and while flannel style skirt, black tights with black knee-high socks over them, and black wedges.

Ari: How the hell are you still taller than me? 

I giggled. 

Jacob: I'll always be taller than you.
