XIII ♕ NEGLIGENCE

a/n: here is the tenlisa (lisa x ten) side story I promised for you guys! I'm really having fun with all of these side stories, and I hope you guys enjoy them too :)!

Our love has no limits.

Lisa watched as all of her older friends - one by one - began to fall in love, even with someone they'd never expected. Jennie was with Taeyong, and Jisoo had Yuta; not to mention, the couples were always in Lisa's face whenever they were around.

If Lisa hadn't been the curious type, she may never have found the one she was looking for.



"Pranpiya sweetheart, I'd like you to meet Nichkhun."

Lisa looked up at the handsome boy her mother had just introduced to her, curtsying politely. His presence was intimidating, but his smile was charming. Immediately smiling back, she couldn't help but notice how incredibly good-looking he was.

"I'm Pranpiya," she smiled, "but please, call me Lisa."

"Gladly." Nichkhun smiled down at her, pressing his lips against her hand.

"I'll let the two of you get to know each other." Lisa's mother stated, smiling at the pair. She walked directly by Lisa, whispering "he's a keeper" before walking off, leaving Lisa completely flustered.

"So how long will you be staying?" Lisa asked Nichkhun as the two walked down the corridors.

"Possibly for a long time, if exchanges with my parents go well with yours." Nichkhun responded. "My cousins are here as well— they're in a lower class from us, but we've lived in the same palace forever."

"Ah." Lisa notes, taking in his lovely appearance as the two continued to walk.

The minute her mother had mentioned that a possible love interest of hers would be arriving at the castle, Lisa immediately leapt at the chance to meet him— not to mention, he was incredibly handsome and Thai, just like her; was there any better combination?

As the two made conversation, Lisa learned that Nichkhun was quite formal when speaking— something she could tolerate, but hoped would eventually lighten up. She had wanted someone who could open up to her and be themselves, but when she was around Nichkhun, she felt as if he were constantly hiding secrets from her.

Nonetheless, she liked to believe that they were a match made in heaven— for both her own good and for her friends'.



"He's so cute." Chaeyoung gushed as she waved to Nichkhun, who had just dropped Lisa off at the entrance to the bedroom corridors after the two had dinner together. "You're so lucky, Lis; isn't he, like, the man of your dreams?"

"I guess you could say that." Lisa smiled. "I mean, he is incredibly handsome, and smart too."

"What about his personality?" Chaeyoung questioned her.

"He's-" Lisa paused as she tried to find the right words. "He's nice. Sweet. But he's a closed book, I'll admit that."

"Just give him time to open up." Chaeyoung assured her.
