She was falling. Gravity pulling at her body as she fought against the dark. Pain exploding through her skull was the first thing Casey felt as the fog in her mind began to clear. A slightly familiar voice reaching her faintly in the haze. A uncomfortable pressure baring down on her chest and shoulders as a warmth enveloped her hand.

A groan left the brunettes lips as her eyes flickered open. The familiar metalic senary meeting her gaze as her vision blurred. She could make out the shapes and color of people surrounding her. All seeming to wear the same bright red straps across their frames. Looking down Casey realized she too was strapped to her seat. The small room cramped with people and voices. The pressure on her hand intensified, causing her to yank away reflexively. Only for it to hold firm, her eyes dropping to find the larger hand intertwined with hers.

A warm chuckle and a voice she had never thought to hear again greeted her ears. Casey's attention snapping to the owner of the hand with a look of wonder.

"Good morning. Sleeping Beauty."

With kind brown eyes and messy hair Jasper Jordan smiled at her cheekily. The sight of him now a man taking her breath away. It being six long years sense she last saw his face. He hadn't changed much, looking like the same goofy Jasper of her past. Only now he was leaner, had odviously gained a few inches, and lost the baby weight to his features. Yet still carried that boyish charm, her favorite feature.

"What the hell are you doing here?!"

Her voice had come out harsher than intended, Jasper taking no mind as he laughed once more throwing his head back in excitement. The goggles resting atop his brow falling with the motion to rest at his collarbone.

"I'M GOING TO EARTH!!! WE'RE GOING TO EARTH!!"

Raising a brown brow at his enthusiastic exclamation Casey couldn't keep the smile from her lips. Overjoyed to be beside the friend she had thought lost forever. Even if he was spouting nonsense. Typical Jordon.

"What are you going on ab-"

The multiple monitors placed throughout the room activating captured her attention. The words falling from her lips as ocean eyes focused with hate on the dark man that appeared on the screen. Chancellor Jaha, the most detested and powerful man on the ark addressed them with a stern expression.

"Prisoners of the ark hear me now. You have been given a second chance. And as your chancellor is it my hope that you see this as not just a chance for you but a chance for all of us. Indeed mankind itself. We have no idea what is waiting for you down there. If the odds of survival were better we would of sent others. Frankly, were sending you because your crimes have made you expendable."

"YOUR DADS A DICK,WELLS."

Casey's jaw clenched in anger at the remark as others around them laughed childishly. You couldn't choose who your parents are, Wells didn't choose the burden of being his son. The brunette understood better than most as she continued to listen intently to Jaha's message. Storing away ever piece of information he provided. Wait...... Wells?!

Eyes finally straying from the monitor Casey listened absentmindedly. Her gaze running over the people surrounding her. Attempting to locate the ever calm and kind boy. No way he was amoung them as Jaha had said they were all criminals here.
