Octavia wasn't quiet as she made her way up to the top level. Everyone prescent sleeping, accept for the dark one. Whom she didn't particularly care for anyways.

O ignoring his existence as she made her way over to her friends side. Casey's body curled protectively around Jasper as she slept. A peaceful look to her feminine features that dissapeared as the younger Blake made herself comfortable.

Laying herself against Casey's free side with a disgruntled and exaggerated sign. Octavia waited a moment, shifted, bumping the girl in the side with her elbow, then let out a disdained groan.

Damn her.

Octavia knew Casey wasn't a heavy sleeper. She probably knew she had woken her by the way she had layed down. The bitch. Interrupting a most wonderful dream. That had dissapeared the moment she had gained conciousness.

But she was obviously upset. Needed to talk. And as her best friend Casey knew what her obligations where. Much needed rest be damned.

"Your upset." The freckled woman turned until the two girls face one another, though she didn't open her eyes. "What happened."

"Bellamy happened!" Octavia followed Casey's lead, her voice coming out in a harsh whisper. "He ruins everything."

Hoping Octavia didn't notice the way her body stiffened, her breath hitching in trepidation, the brunette cracked open an eye. Giving her full attention so O would continue.

"He found me and Atom. Then they left together and I just KNOW he's gonna do something mean."

"What where you doing?" Frowning at O's confused expression Casey's eyes opened fully. "When Bellamy found you! What where you doing?"

"Nothing to serious!! Just kissing." A blush tinted her tanned cheeks as she smiled softly. "I wasn't ready and we where taking it slow. He said we had all the time in the world."

Casey's cheeks tinted pink as well. But for her own horribly selfish reasons.

She hadn't even felt slightly nervous once Bellamy had been kissing her. There was no need to wait. But Octavia had. Taking the time to get to know Atom before she gave herself to him.

It made Casey proud. Octavia much like a sister. Yet. It made Casey feel dirty. Slutty. Whatever word you wanted to use for it. But she was slowly being smothered by guilt. Even as a reassuring smile pulled at her lips.

"Bellamy's protective. But I think he likes Atom."

"You sound like your defending him!"

"No! Your brothers an ass." Casey instantly backpedaled. Her words being honestly true, she could say at least that. Without feeling like she had betrayed him. "I'm just saying we don't know anything yet. So don't freak yourself out."

Sighing Casey rolled to her back. Eyes landing on the oh so familiar metal roof above. She hated that roof.

"We have to worry about the worse case scenario with whatevers outside of camp, hell even inside of camp. But we should trust each other, at least."

Octavia was silent for a moment the subtle shift indicating she had rolled to her back as well. It was a soothing silence, the two friends simply obsorbing the others prescence. In all honesty, sense being on Earth, they hadn't had much time together. Not like this.

"How can you be so sure? That we can all work together down here?"

Glancing over the brunette found O starring to the ceiling, with as much hate in her eyes as Casey felt.

"We have to." She didn't bother sugar coating it. She never had with Octavia. But Casey tangled her fingers comfortingly with hers. Glancing back up. "If we don't. We can't survive."
