Tris's POV:
After lunch I head to gym class. Coach Hayney tells us that cheerleading practice is today. I smile.
I think about the football game on Friday. 2 more days!
I start my push ups and finish in 1 minute, new record. I start my laps and Four catches up to me.
"Hey." He says.
"Hey" I reply. Uriah gets up and starts to run with us. "What are you doing hanging out with a babe like that, Four?" he asks. I roll my eyes. Four punches him in the arm. I laugh.
"Let's race." Uriah says. I count them off. Lauren runs up to me. "I don't want you hanging out with my man." She says.
"Oh and who might that be?" I ask. She looks confused. "Four, duh. A little late, Tris?" she asks.
"No, not at all. It's just that last time I checked you guys weren't together." I say.
"Didn't you see that make out session?" she asks confused.
"Lauren, most people ask each each other out to be considered a couple.." I say. She stands there, confused, then smiles as she runs to Four.
I slowly catch up to them as Christina comes to me. She starts to talk but I cut her off and listen to Lauren speak.
"So, Four. I was wondering if you wanted to go catch a movie this weekend." She asks.
"Sorry Lauren, but Four has a thing with this babe called Tris" Uriah says. Four punches his arm again.
"No, no I don't" he says. I laugh. They turn around and see me then Four blushes.
"So, Saturday?" Lauren asks.
"Nope." Four says 'popping the p'.
She stomps off to her friends. Class ends and I walk to Art. I learn about paint and Lauren disease called 'the death glare'.
Soon I'm walking down the hall to Math class. I sit next to Christina. The teacher teaches math and I think I fell asleep...
It's a free period so I walk around the halls and suddenly my head beats against the wall and I all I see is Lauren before I black out.
