Tris's POV:

(Small graphics. Dont read her POV at all unless you like kinda gross things. If you dont, then skip to Mason's POV.)

My eyes open and close. Something feels different. It hurts like freakin hell! Oh my gosh! Ah! Ah! My stomach aches and I feel like I'm dying. I look up.

A doctor has a small knife in hand. He is attempting to cut my stomach.

I scream. Another doctor looks at me. Her eyes go wide and she sticks three pills in my mouth.

As I feel dizzy again, my lungs start to hurt. I still am struggling to breathe. I thought I died already? Why are all these doctors here? Did they think I was dead? Were they trying to cut a dead body?

My brain starts to feel funny, as if it's melting.

As my eyes close again, I hear voices.

"That's never happened before."

"That would be bad if she woke up while her stomach was fully cut."

"Hang in there Patient 606."

I finally pass out.

Mason's POV:

I pace back and forth around the waiting room. I paid for her lungs, and I hope it works.

Four's POV:

I walk back from the hospital room. I sit with the others in the waiting room. I set Zeke's journal on the chair next to me.

Zeke's POV:

Four sets down his book next to him and I give him a small nod.

Christina's POV:

I hope my Tris is alright. I'm pacing back in forth and strangers look at me like im crazy. Who will I go to the mall with?

Marlene's POV:

I hope Tris is alright. Mason paid for her new lungs. I really want her to live, we're best friends. Who will shoot the muffin of my head now?

Lynn's POV:

I watch the others pace back and forth. I sit in my chair and take deep breaths.

Shuana's POV:

At first I hated Mason but I'm hoping his money for a new lung will save Tris.

Will's POV:

I haven't known Tris very long, but I do hope she is okay.

Uriah's POV:

Hi, I'm Uriah.

Tris's POV:

Sounds fill my head, and lights shine through my eyelids. A nurse stands by my head.

She moves adjusts a tube connected to my nose.

"Hey, patient 606. How are you feeling?" she asks.

"Good." I reply. I take in my surroundings. Christina and Caleb are sleeping on a small, black, bench. "What happened?" I ask.

"You were about to die but a young man gave you his lung." she answers.

I sigh. A young man? The nurse presses buttons on a machine then goes to wake up Christina and Caleb.

"What time is it?" Christina asks looking out the window. The nurse replys, "About 1:30 am."

Christina yawns and turns towards me. "Tris!" she exclaims.

Caleb turns and looks at me. They run up to hug me but the nurse stops them. "She is in pain. She must be left alone for at least a week."she says. I sigh. They nod.

They give us a thumbs up and start to call the rest of the group. I smile. I call for Caleb. "Christina lied again, didn't she? She said she was my sister?" I whisper. "Yeah." he says and laughs.

"SHOOT A MONKEY. I FORGOT! HOW COULD I FORGET??!" Christina yells, then adds, "Okay. Be here asap. Luv ya. Bye!"

I laugh. "What's wrong?" I ask. "Oh nothing Lynn is comin and so is Marlene. OH! AND I FORGOT THE DANCE IS NEXT FRIDAY LIKE OMY GOSH!" she screams. "Other than that, everything good." she adds.

I laugh. I call over the nurse. "So, I only have one lung?" I ask her. She nods. Cool.

As she tells me my statistics, I get really bored. Thankful to the Lord, the group barges in through the door.

They shove each other. They run towards me but again the nurse stops them.

Four and Uriah come in and sit in chairs. Marlene and Lynn and Shuana also come in. Next, Zeke comes in, along with Mason.

Mason walks up to me and places a flower bouquet. I smile.

I get a little tired and decide to take a nap.

Christina's POV:

I was going to have a party today. I cancelled it when i was in the waiting room of hospital for my best friend.

Everyone insisted on still having it, so I changed my mind, and now its like a Welcome Back Tris party. But without the Tris.

People start entering my house and think about Mason. Tris wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for him.

Everyone is finally here and we play a little Candor or Dauntless. Uriah calls everyone a pansycake, the usual.

Once we finish playing, we go swimming in my pool. After that we have a few drinks and watch movies.

As we are in the kitchen getting snacks. I lift up my drink and say, "To Mason's amazing heroic act that saved Tris!" I say in a loud voice.

Everyone looks at me and touch my glass with theirs and say, "To Mason."

Mason smiles and thanks us and we thank him.

We all find a place to sleep and me and the girls swim some more while the boys sleep.

God, I thank Mason so much. I got my best friend back today.

We have a swim contest and play Marco Polo.

Once we start to get cold, and have the feeling a hobo is watching us, we head back inside.

We all change and go to sleep. These past couple days have been really lon....
