Victor's Point Of View
Ahh, sleep.
It's something I haven't had in days.
For some reason, it was so hard for me to just close my eyes and stop thinking.
My brain had way too many things to think about and didn't see the need in stopping for at least 10 hours.
But my sore body definitely wanted to.
I found myself gazing out of my large bedroom window that was still painted with a dark, winter sky as I listened to the sounds of the soft rain that had decided to fall.
And eventually, I felt my exposed skin sink into my bed that took up space in my lonely, desolate apartment.
However, it didn't stay lonely for long because before I knew it, I heard three hard knocks on door.
Who the hell bangs on apartment doors at 5 a.m. in the morning?
I reluctantly got out of bed and pulled my body to the front door with great difficulty.
But the sight that was waiting for me at the door was so worth getting out of bed for.
The door opened to reveal that perfectly combed ebony hair that was accented by those big brown eyes.
Eyes that were looking right at me.
"Victor, did you just wake up?" Yuri said frantically as he pushed me to the side and walked into my apartment with a hurried strut.
"Whaa..?"
"Do you even know what time it is?!"
"Uhhhhh, s-morning time," I said with a lopsided grin and muzzled voice that clearly gave away the fact that I had just woken up.
"Oh my god Victor, please don't tell me you forgot."
"About whaaaat?"
"YURIOS COMPETITION."
This scenario of Yuri being in my apartment for the first time was turning out way differently in my head.
I wish it wasn't.
But it was my fault that I was so hopelessly forgetful.
"SHIT!" I yelled as I ran my hands through my messy hair.
"You are absolutely hopeless," Yuri said as he put his hands on his hips and popped them out to the side.
Apparently sleep coma Victor was extremely horny because all I could think about was pushing Yuri up against my wall and aggressively making out with every inch of his sculpted body.
Oh my god, no Victor. Stop, stop, please stop.
Focus on Yurio. The competition.
"Uhhh, what time are we supposed to pick him up then?" I said as I rubbed my tired face with my hands.
"Five minutes ago."
"CRAP, HE'S GONNA KILL ME!"
There was no doubt that Yurio would tackle me to the ground and skate on my face instead of the ice.
And he would probably still get a gold medal by doing that.
"Yeah, and so will I if you don't put some damn clothes on and meet me outside in less than two minutes!"
I couldn't help but notice the way he eyed me up and down and started furiously blushing as he spoke.
Someone's been caught.
