Thanksgiving Special

Yeah, yeah, I know I'm late. I got swamped with a lot work and ugh, here you go OtakuOneShots. I'm so sorry that this is so late but hey, this isn't the first time. I hope you enjoy it just the same even if I'm a holiday late.

"I-I-Is this good?" Jin asked, shoving a hot pan in front of you.

"I'm sure it is," you reassured, looking at the stuffing. It was steaming, for Jin had just grabbed it out of the oven.

"Taste it though! I don't think I made it correctly!" he pleaded, gesturing to the pan in his hands. "It's hot, so hurry."

You sighed and grabbed a fork, taking a little bit from a corner. You ate it, feeling as if you were breathing fire from the temperature, but other than that, it tasted great. Once your tongue was done melting you gave him a thumbs up. "It tastes just as good as it does every other year."

"You're not honest!" Jin bursted, grabbing the fork from your hands. You could tell he was on pins and needles for this year's feast. And he normally wouldn't be since it's just him and his siblings, but this year a few of everyone's friends were coming over. "Ah, Yoongi! Try this!"

Yoongi took the fork, groaning because he was ony down here to get a drink, not to be a taste-tester. He took a bit and shrugged. "Tastes like every other year's stuffing."

Jin screeched. "THEN IT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH!" You watched in terror as he went over to the trash.

"Wait, don't just throw it out!" Yoongi stopped him, grabbing his brother's arms. "I'm sure they'll like it. Just put a cover over it and set it to the side and finish up the rest of the dinner."

Jin nodded and did as instructed. You looked at your phone and Jin looked over your shoulder. "Oh, they'll be here soon," he muttered.

"In like, what? Five hours? You have time," you comforted.

Jin wiped his face, taking a few breathes to relieve his stress. "Do you wanna help me with the rest? I have a pumpkin pie that needs to be made with your touch."

You grinned, sliding off the counter where you had been sitting on. "You know it."
