You preferred to ride with Jin. He always let you pick the music. He always turned the heat or AC on when you wanted it, no questions asked. And most importantly, he obeyed every traffic/driving law or whatever they were called in the book. Unlike his younger brother.

You watched the speed limit sign zoom past you. The big bold numbers read "55" and you looked over to the dash of the family van. Your heart stopped when you saw the number go from 80, to 81, to 82, and so on before it stopped at 85. You sighed. "Yoongi, you're going to get us killed."

"Nah," Yoongi disagreed. He reached down and turned the music up more to the point where he wouldn't have to hear you lecturing him anymore.

You rolled your eyes and watched the road in front of you. It went like this every time you rode with him. He was a daredevil at the wheel, not caring if he caused all of his passengers to pee their pants as he cut corners and barely miss other cars as he raced past.

But this was the first time someone put the brakes on right in front of you.

The bright red lights lit up and you didn't have time to react. All you felt was something slam into your chest. You held your breath as you watched the car in front of you slowly started rolling again. You looked down and saw Yoongi's arm across your chest, a natural reaction Jin would always do if someone braked unexpectedly or something ran across the road.

Yoongi's arm recoiled back and you saw a smirk play at his lips before you scowled. You slapped his arm.

"You could've killed us! We could be dead right now! Stop laughing, you idiot! AND DON'T TURN UP THE MUSIC, YOONGI. YOU BETTER LISTEN TO ME!"
