Odd One Out

"You cheated!" Hoseok yelled, throwing his cards at Jungkook who had just won a game of Uno.

"I'm just better than you!" Jungkook retorted smugly.

The seven brothers were down stairs, playing all sorts of games and having fun while they stayed up all night. You, however, were sent off to bed. So while your siblings were having fun, you were trying to sleep. But you couldn't. You had woken up from a terrible dream filled with monsters and your seven year old brain couldn't stop replaying it over and over again. You finally realized you wouldn't be able to sleep, so you grabbed your blanket and dear stuffed bear and headed off downstairs.

You heard all your siblings yelling at one another, stuff about cheating and the rules not being fair, but you only saw one that laid on the couch, minding his own business. You sniffled, tears falling from your eyes and you walked over to Yoongi. You stood in front of him and he looked up at you. "Oh, hey, princess. You okay?"

You shook your head. "I had a bad dream."

"I'm sorry," Yoongi sympathized and stuck out his lower lip in a pout. He situated himself to where there was enough room for you and he opened his arms. "You want to sleep with me?"

You nodded and crawled up on the couch. You were enveloped into a warm embrace and you soon felt sleep take over you once again. But you felt safe this time as you slept in your brother's arms.

"Awe, now that's unfair," Taehyung whined, seeing as you chose Yoongi to help you with your nightmare issues.

"Why couldn't she choose me?" Namjoon asked. "I thought she liked me more."

Yoongi grinned. "You can't beat me, you know it."
