Jade
It had been 2 days since the whole interview incident and Perrie was improving slowly. We were sat on the sofa watching the TV when we heard our names come up. I turned it up and listened as the presenter said:

As for our girls in little mix! Last weekend the girls had quite a day when a member of their band fell ill. Perrie Edwards, 23, collapsed while singing secret love song, their 3rd single from the get weird album. It was rumoured that the singer was suffering from a virus and the girls have confirmed she is doing much better, we send our well wishes to her and hope for a speedy recovery.

One of them said, while the other chimed in and said:

Yes Charles but we can't ignore the pregnancy rumours that have been circling as a result of this, could there be a baby in the mix for this singer? If so how do you think Zayn Malik her ex-fiancé would react?

Who knows Helen, well whaterver it is we wish her a quick recovery and can't wait to see them back to pemoting their new album. Now on to some news of the lads from 1D

At that point I changed the channel and looked at Perrie who was just as stunned as I was.
"Apparently I'm pregnant?" she said wiggling her eyebrows in a questioning way.
"thats hilarious" I laughed, patting her belly.
"They don't know squat!" she shouted in an american accent which made me laugh harder.
"what do you want to do today, seen as you are feeling a bit better."
"hmm I don't know but I feel like KFC for dinner."
"KFC? but you hate KFC." I enquired looking at her in a strange way
"Well I just feel like it okay?" she snapped at me.
I held both my hands up in a surrender and said "okay okay we can get KFC if you want, please don't be short with me Pezza, I don't appreciate it."
"sorry J, I didn't mean it, I don't know what came over me." she appologised hugging me tight.
"It's fine babe, I know you don't and you aren't feeling a hundred percent."
After our little dicussion we turned back to the TV and started watching Jeremy Kyle. Half way through I needed the bathroom so I stood up and left just as the break began.
After I had done what I needed to do I sauntered back into the living room to see Perrie, her face tear stained sobing uncontrolably. I rushed to her side quickly and brought her into my arms "what's wrong babe?" I enquired at her weak figure.
"he didn't deserve to be abandoned, he was just a baby." she replied sobbing harder after the statement.
Confused I asked "who didn't deserve to be abandoned? What are you talking about?" Rubbing her back gently in the hug.
"The dog, the poor, poor dog" she continued burying her face further into my chest.
"If I'm honest with you P, I haven't the foggiest what you're going on about." I stated continuing to attempt to calm her down.
"The dog from the dogs trust advert Jade." She pitifully explained, gesturing to the paused TV with a picture of a small dog on it, I began to kind of understand.
"Aww babe, the dog is fine, it will have a home soon." I reassured her, going along with the whole thing.
"but what if it isn't what of it never finds a home?"
"I promise you it already has babe ok, now cheer up sweetie."
After I said that she looked up into my yes and whispered "thanks Jade, I don't know what I'd do without you sometimes."
"s'allright Hun we all have off moments, today is just one of those days isn't it?" she nodded in response and I played the telly speeding it up to the show.
While I was watching it I couldn't help but think about Perrie's unusual behaviour, I decided I'd text Leigh-Anne and ask her about it seen as she was bound to know the reason. I pulled out my phone and typed:
Me: Hi Leigh, the weirdest just happened to Pez, one minute we were laughing a Jeremy Kyle the next she was sobbing over some dogs trust advert. Any ideas what caused it, just a bit worried that's all. ~J xx
Less then a minute later I felt my phone buzz and unlocked it to read Leigh-Anne's message. It said:
Lee Lee: Could be because she's hormonal, you know that time of the month xx
I contemplated it for a second but then responded:
Me: I don't think it's that because we've sinced up so it can't be that, any other ideas? xx
she responded quickly with:
Lee Lee: Its probably just the medicine and the illness messing her hormones up J, don't worry about her I'm sure she's fine xx
Reluctantly I accepted her suggestion and let my worry slide slightly, responding with:
Me: I guess so, thanks Leigh-Anne, I don' know what I'd do without you sometimes xx
I waited for her response and read it:
Lee Lee: Not a problem Jade, any time, how's she feeling anyway? xx
Me: better we've litterally crashed on the couch all day, just hoping she starts feeling better x
Lee Lee: good, do you want us to bring dinner over?
Me: yes please Leigh, Pez was saying how she wanted a KFC, so if you could get that it'd be great
Lee Lee: Okay, see you in 30 xx
I put my phone down and nudged Perrie who had began to drift off "Pez, Leigh is bringing KFC over in half an hour you can fall asleep after that okay, but try and stay awake"
"Okay Jade" she sighed sitting back up and attempting to occupy herself with a magasine. I left to tidy the kitchen as it was in a bit of a state considering I hadn't properly cleaned it in a few days.
30 minutes later I heard the knock on the door. I dried my hands and went to answer it. Pulling open the door, I was immediataely pulled into a hug by Jesy and Leigh-Anne.
"hi guys." I greeted them
"Hey J, wheres Perrie?" Jesy asked
"She's in living room reading a mag." I explained to her, we walked through and saw Perrie curled up on the couch a magasine resting over her face, sound asleep, "well she was but it seems she has fallen asleep, bless her"
"we can save her something, let's eat in the kitchen tonight, let her relax as much as she can" Leigh-Anne suggested grabbing my hand and pullling me through to the kitchen.
Perching myself on the counter, Jesy handed me my food and I began to eat almost immediately. I was a third of the way through a popcorn chicken when Jesy asked "how are you feeling now J, you know about Pez?"
"Much better Jess, I'm still worrying about her but I feel much better about her mental health." I explained once I had finished my chicken nugget!
"That's good, did you get to the bottom of that crying thing?" Leigh enquired, proceeding to steal a chip from my plate which I was furious about.
"Leigh! That was mine!" I said with a pout, "and no I didn't but I dont want to stress." I explained, both of them nodding.
"Yeah that's the best thing, I got Jed's number by the way, he knows who you are and asked if I could pass his number on so if your still up for it I've got it" Jesy said, as she grabbed her phone.
"Okay, gosh this makes me so nervous I haven't done this in a while" I said passing her my phone so she could put the number in.
"You'll be fine Jadey, do you want Jesy and I to help you with the text?" Leigh asked me, stealing another chip.
"I swear to god Leigh stop! And yes please, but make sure it sounds like me" I said feeling butterflies erupt in my tummy.
"Okay, so let's start with somthing like, 'Hey this is Jade, Jesy gave me your number, so I thought I'd make sure she wasn't having me on!'" Jesy said, looking up at me for approval.
"Okay, wow, you wrote that fast" I exclaimed, as I hopped off the counter and through my rubbish away.
"So I can send it?" She asked me. I nodded and just like that the message was flying to wherever Jed was.
"Right, now that's done, let's check on Pez and then get going Jes, Jordan's coming over and my flats a tip" Leigh said, also jumping off the counter nearly flying into me.
"Okay" and with that the two of them were kissing Perrie's head, wishing me goodbye and closing the door. Before going to bed, I decided to check on Perrie. When I entered the room I saw her still in the same position she was in before, curled tight into the couch, sleeping peacefully. I walked over to sit next to her and ran by hand through her hair a few times, before moving it to her forehead to feel for a temperature, which wasn't present. Her small body began to shiver next to me, causing me to lift a blanket and place it over her.
Thoughts began to plague my mind about what was wrong with her again.
Although she had gradually been getting better she was still vomiting every morning and still not really being herself. At first when she fell ill I was sure it was nothing more than a stomach bug but as the days had gone on and she had still not developed a temperature I was not so sure. However I was certain that something was wrong with her and I was determined to get to the bottom of it.
Deciding just to leave her on the large couch, that was practically a bed anyway, I kissed her forehead and left, padding my way up to my room, trying to dispell any negative thoughts.
What ever was wrong would sort itself out and I'm sure if forget about this in a few weeks.
