*Drake's POV*
“Thank you so much for this” Nicki says hugging me
“It's not problem babe” I kiss her forehead
“Let's go” I say
I grab our luggage then get car to take us to Nicki's parents house
She knock on the door
Her mother answers the door “Onika, Aubrey come here give me some love” she says
Nicki and I both hug her mom, Nina
“Come inside” she says
We all come inside in the living to to be exact her dad, Omar, brothers, Brandon and Jelani and sister, Maya are all sitting in the living room
“Hey” they all greets
We did our meet and greet then everyone got hugs and kisses
“Nice to see you bro-in-law, let me twenty dollars” Brandon says joking
“I can drop gave give twenty-five if you can do twenty-five push-ups” I say
“A'ight I can do forty if you give me forty” Jelani says
“Boys, no gamble in my house” Nina says
“C'mon mom, this would be the easiest money ever made” Brandon says
“I know you guys are hungry” Maya says
“I am” I say
“Good cause we're just about to have lunch” Maya says
“Let's eat” I say
Everyone sits at the table we Omar blesses the door then we begin eating
“So when can we expect a grandchild?” Omar asks
“Well--” I start but Nicki cuts me
“Soon”
“Soon?” Nina asks
“Yeah, it's early but I think I'm pregnant” Nicki says.
*Elijah's POV*
I open the front door there is no one in the living room which I find very unusual
“Asiah! Alexis!” I call out
No answer I'm kinda of tired from school and plus I've got my first test on Friday so I go upstairs I take a quick shower then I pull my books out of my backpack to start studying.
Before I could crack open a book the doorbell rings I go downstairsI open the door
Chris stands there once he sees me his smile turns into a frown
“Hi, Elijah I was--”
“I know you and Asiah dated she told”
“Okay, so is Asiah here?”
“I'm not the insecurity type of brutha but from what I hear you can't be trusted”
He laughs “I understand I wouldn't want my girl around a nigga like me either”
“It's time for you leave” I say
“Really?”
“He said it's time for you to leave” Raheem says from behind Chris
“And who's this nigga?”
“I'm his brother” Raheem says lifting up his shirt showing off the glock in his waistband
“A'ight, I'm out” Chris says
I wait until Chris gone that's when I turn my attention to Raheem
“What are you doing here?”
“I need a favor”
“I'm out the game you know that”
“Elijah, you like that pretty thing, Asiah don't you”
“Don't--”
He cut me off “You don't want anything happening to the pretty girl do you? of course you don't, you know I'm good for all my threats and that's why you gonna help me”
I lick my lips “I'll do but I need to know Asiah and Alexis are safe”
“Their fine, Asiah took Alexis to the studio with her”
“Have you been watch us?”
“Naw, I've got people to do that shit for me”
I sigh “What do you want me to do?”
“We'll talk about that later” he says leaving
I sigh knowing that he's gonna get me into some stupid shit like he did when we're younger
