*Chris' POV*
I wake up in unfamiliar apartment I hear running water it shuts off and a women with a towel wrapped around her body and short black hair comes out of the bathroom “Good morning Chris” she says
“Hey...” I say sitting up
“Jasmine” she says
“I'm sorry”
“For what, not remembering my name or forgetting to leave after we hooked up?”
I scratch the back of neck “Both?”
“Is that a answer or a question?”
“I dunno know”
“Do you even remember anything from last night?”
“Not really”
She laughs softly “You were too shitfaced to drive so I took your keys and we came back here for a nightcap” she says
“I was too shitfaced to drive but you weren't?” I ask
“I didn't to any drink last night”
“Why not?”
“Because I wasn't in the mood to wake up in a stranger's bed”
I nod my head “I wish I could say last night was amazing but I really don't remember anything”
“If it makes you feel better you we're a great lover” she says winking at me
“Psh, girl you ain't tell me something new”
“I bet you hear that a lot” she says walking into the closet
I get off the bed and walk over to the closet “I never get sick of hearing the truth” I say leaning on the door frame
“Look, Chris I really would love to boost you ego even more but I've got to go to work”
“Independent woman I like that”
She shakes her head “You're not understanding me”
“I'm not”
She sighs “Lucky your cute cause your not that smart”
Before I can open my mouth she's already talking again
“You need to leave” she says
“Okay” I say leaving the closet putting on my clothes
Jasmine is now dressed in a business suit
“Damn, girl, where you work?” I asks
“I'll tell you on the way out” she says grabbing a brief case
“Okay”
We walk downstairs
“I'm a law student”
“Really?” for how long”
“Ever since I got dumped by my fake husband” she says opening the front door
“Your fake husband?”
“I don't have time to explain” she says getting in her car
“Then why don't you explain over dinner?” I say closing her car door
“Okay, tonight”
“I'll see you tonight” I say
“Bye Chris”
“Bye Jasmine”
I then get into my own car when my phone rings “Hello”
