"No silly, have you met Cassandra?", I hear Jess giggle as I turn around to see Josh.

"Yea I have. I was hoping I'd see you again," Josh winks. I feel the heat travel to my cheeks. Darn these cheeks.

"Oh where did you guys meet?", Jess asks.

"She accidentally ran into Shawn this morning. He was a complete ass about it aswell," Josh says in a angry tone.

"What happened to him?," Jess sighs before continuing, " I saw him sit next to Cass and he was fine, flash forward he just stood up and left."

"Change of subject, Cassandra tell me more about yourself," Josh smirks before sitting in-front of Jess and I.

"Oh my Josh, you're a bit late dufis, I've already asked her," Cass says. "And you don't like hearing things twice," Josh added. "Correct," Jess giggles.

I smile at them, they would be such a cute couple.

The bell rings indicating that lunch is over.

"See you guys later," we all say simultaneously. This makes us burst out laughing.

Finally last period. I'm actually in a really good mood right now. So far I've had a really good day, even though I had to deal with the same asshole twice.

Wow, first day at a new school and I already feel like I'm changing. Maybe changing isn't always a bad thing. I smile at the thought whilst I wait at the classroom door.

I hear a squeal behind me, I turn around to see Josh and a jumping Jess. "Yay! We're in the same class for music!", Jess jumps as Josh laughs at her antics.

Josh puts a arm around our shoulders as we walk into class. "One day of having you in a our class and Jess is significantly happier," Josh smiles down at me. I silently mutter a "Me too" before sitting down at the desk.

Just as I sit down a fairly young teacher walks into the class with a bright smile on his face, "Good afternoon class, I am Mr. Wright and I will be your substitute teacher for the week. Please excuse the fact that I don't really know much about music. For the next week in every lesson I want you to work on a song. You don't have to finish it, I just want to see that you have done something. You can do this in a group or on your own," as soon as the words left his mouth a group of girls quickly went to sit next to a certain brown eyed asshole. What I noticed about Shawn is that he was glaring... at me?

I turn around to look at Jess and Josh when I noticed them looking down sadly.

"Hey what's wrong?", I ask them before putting my hands on theirs. They look up at me and turn to Shawn before turning to me.

"Every time we have a music project like this we all would've done it together," Jess replies sadly.

"You guys used to be friends?", I ask.

"Yea we all used to be best friends from a young age," Josh smiles, I guess at the memory.

"I'm really sorry for your loss of friendship. I know how it feels," I look down sadly at the memory, "But hey I'm here. I used to play a bit of guitar when I was younger. I'm not a "celebrity" or a pro at this but maybe we can all work together on this?", I ask.

"Replacing me now are you?", I hear a familiar voice ask.
