"Samantha! We missed you!", I scream excitedly.
"Oh Cassy, I missed you a lot," she says as she takes my face in her hands "How are dealing with Luke?"
I look down sadly before I hear another voice, "See you tonight Cassandra," Shawn says before walking off with a frown.
He looks sad, I wonder what is wrong.
Sam bumps my hip and smiles at me suggestively, "Who is that?".
"No boyfriend Cass, no boys, I do not allow boys around my sister," Derek says sternly.
We all climb in the car and drive home.
"Derek, I'm 17," I roll my eyes, "and he is a friend, I guess," I draw my eyebrows together in confusion. Are we friends?
"Sounded like a date to me. Did you ask me if you can go somewhere tonight?", Drake goes all caveman on me.
"Chill dude, no, its his party one of my friends are coming around at 6 so we are going to get ready together. Then my other friend will come to pick us up and drive us to his house. Then the rest will be history," I say calmly.
"That sounded awfully sexual lil C, 'the rest will be history' isn't that what books write when they done describe the sex scenes" Drake says grumpily. "It isn't, and I will call you if there is any change of plans. No big deal Derek just calm down. Btw I'm not even going to question how you know that. Next topic, are you guys back together?", I ask as I smile widely at them.
"Yes we are, and I am moving in," Samantha says as she kisses Derek's cheek.
Derek and I smile widely. When we get I home I go directly to the bathroom to shower. When I get out of the shower I grab my laptop and start a new story. I smile at the memory of when Luke would come in my room and read my stories. He would dramatically read their POV, and soon after we would talk about boys. Gosh, I wonder how Liam is. Liam is Luke's boyfriend. Well ex boyfriend now I guess.
I start to think more about it. Did Liam know that Luke was sick?
